Pros:

He was clean but, smelled very strongly of cleaners.

Cons:

Room smelled strongly a bleach and cleaners. Window only opened 4 inches to air out and bathroom vent fan only ran with movement.

What was meant to be a relaxing Mother’s Day stay turned into a stressful and sleepless experience.

Cons:

The room was directly overlooking a very loud party, and the noise continued late into the night, including cleanup afterward. I explained to staff that my 89-year-old grandmother has heart problems and needed rest, but nothing was done to help. Unfortunately, neither she nor my aunt were able to sleep comfortably.

Updated hotel, great location, courteous staff.

Great location! Lots of food and shopping! Centrally located.

Cons:

Noise was an issue both from the room above and the pool area below our window. Staff responded quickly when asked if they would ask loud pool guests to leave at 10 pm.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE
Pros:

They gave me a room that was not just furthest from the lobby but on the ground floor facing the parking lot with lights and people walking in front if my window so I have to keep the shade down. It’s also in front of the ice machine with people getting ice 24/7. Maybe because I’m a woman staying alone? Probably. But I am an author and am speaking g in front of a whole crowd tonight and I will warn everyone that this hotel is not woman friendly. They wouldn’t change my room upon check-in and today I woke up sick do I can’t imagine packing up if another room becomes available. STAY AWAY!
