Comfortable, relaxed place to stay with helpful, friendly staff and the breakfast was first class!
Superb location, central but quiet. Near/on the coastal bus route, so easy to get to Shoreham etc. which was helpful for us.
We would definitely stay again.
There's nothing we didn't like.
Nice building good location
Way over prised for the room even with my level 3 booking discount
Breakfast was delicious, especially the poached haddock, room was clean and comfy, the hotel has old school charm and the staff are very friendly❤️
Good location, welcoming and modern
The receptionist called out my room number when handing over the key and there was at least 2 people behind me who I didn’t know. Just felt wrong. Premier Inn’s never do this for safety reasons.
The big windows made it light, especially on sunny days. Nice size room and a decent size bathroom.
The hotel was a friendly
atmosphere and a more traditional and comfortable feeling. Was nicely decorated throughout.
We held our 50th wedding anniversary celebration at the Arlington Hotel last Saturday, 6 June 2026, with our whole family and many friends in attendance. The hotel delivered a function beyond our wildest dreams, and we will be forever grateful for the outstanding attention, service, and quality of the three-course meal. All 30 guests were united in their praise for the hotel’s facilities, service, and food. This special day was transformed into an unforgettable occasion that we will treasure forever, thanks to the Arlington’s close attention to every detail
Great breakfast and service
It would be good to be able to open the bathroom window
Location and great breakfast
Our room was quite outdated and although advertised on booking.com, parking is not included. Rather challenging to find a parking place on the street.
Great location. Clean good sized room. Fab breakfast and helpful staff.
Advertised as having hotel parking included in the price but it was only on street parking when a space could be found and which required the purchase of a parking ticket.
Pillows were too hard for my liking but that’s personal preference.
This hotel is in the heart of Worthing, just across the road from the main high street and just down the road from the sea front. It is friendly to all and the food was lovely, especially the breakfast. Definitely would go here again
Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive.Bed was large, comfortable and bedding was good.
Our bedroom was VERY warm, and this was not helped by the bathroom towel rail being on full for the duration of our stay with no means of controlling it or turning it off.
The view from our window was awful just a flat roof and large pipes. Not what we were expecting at all and probably contributed to the room being so hot.
Everything was great, the staff were helpful and happy!
Nothing!
Amazing location, 2-minutes walking distance to Marine Parade.
Gorgeous Victorian style of the hotel.
Comfortable mattress and lovely snacks in the room.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice hot breakfast with plenty of food and really good coffee.
We've requested a cot for our 3-months old son, didn't expect it to look more as a playpen
Overnight stay to see show at the Pavillion Theatre, for which it's in easy walking distance.
After phoning for parking advice it was suggested drive around the square a couple of times to look for on-road parking, and this worked a treat. Parking charges stop at 6.00pm and any time paid for beyond then carries over to 9.00am the next morning and for £8 we had overnight parking from around 4.00pm to 11.00am.
The hotel looks unprepossessing from the front but it's actually quite big.
First impressions on arrival are a dated feel, however it's in good decorative order, well maintained and unbelievably clean.
From check-in to restaurant to departure all staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Our room was a standard double. It had a fairly small bed and no air conditioning and in the midst of an unusual 30°C heatwave in May this did not make for a comfortable night's sleep. There was a fan in the room which helped and was thankfully quiet enough to leave on over night on a low setting.
Small, fairly dated bathroom with walk-in shower but everything worked and was very clean.
We had dinner and breakfast in the 'Indigo' restaurant . It's open to the public and has a semi-separate identity. Dinner was really pretty good and service excellent.
Breakfast is from a hot and cold buffet with items like Eggs Benedict available to order. Couldn't find fault and the service was as good as in the evening, my only complaint was that the breakfast service stops at 9.15am midweek (though I read that it extends later in June onwards). This is a bit early for leisure travellers in my opinion, and the only people we saw having breakfast were leisure travellers.
If I was rating on room and sleep quality alone it would be a lower score but other aspects have lifted my score. All-in-all would be happy to go back but would probably book a larger room with air conditioning next time.
Friendly, location
Quilt was very thick - too warm given the hot weather
Location
Very run down
Furniture tatty very old
Checking was late
Overpriced
Given another room that was not what I booked
No walk in shower , tiny tv which I couldn’t see from my side of bed
Chips in bath tub
Ceiling tiles hanging down in corridor
Garden view was litteraly someone’s garden which was not pleasant
