Location was amazing and people were super friendly, didn't get a chance to look at pool and hot tub area

Cons:

Better Pillows and towels, also they had to move me to another room due to the bathtub not working.
The other room was nice but there was mold in the bathroom
No cream available for coffee at breakfast

The bed was super clean and comfy. They had a small bluetooth radio to connect too.

The leaky shower faucet, we had to turn it all the way and use a little extra force but it still dripped water

Hot as hell, not relaxing.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The AC in our rooms did not work and it was uncomfortable hot. We could not open our windows, as they were screwed shut. We had to borrow a small fan from the front desk. We slept poorly due to the temperature.

disappointing

We have been wanting to stay at this hotel for some time now so we finally said let’s do it! So we get there and everything’s going great my card goes through just fine when I was on the internet booking it so didn’t think anything of it. And then he begins to tell us he will charge my card 100 dollars for incidentals. And then as I began to tell him I only had the 150+ for the room that was it , and that no where on the webisute does it tell you they will be charging you this “just another way to take money out of your pocket” charge!! And 100 is a little steep don’t ya think? I’ve never understood these incidental charges I mean we are already paying way too much for the room and then you add that on top and they always say oh you’ll get it back! Well maybe! As long as I didn’t use the towel to take my mascara off or if I left a towel at the pool!! Yup these are real reasons I have had my incidental kept! And the staff just pockets it so of course they love to collect those they’d make more than their hourly wage wage in a three hours!! But back to my checking in.. he ended up saying he’d wave the incidental for us which we were so grateful for we were so happy and then he hit me with oh this card is Varo oh yeah we can’t take this card ok well that’s the only card I have and the internet took it just fine and this too was not listed on the website!! So he said he’d take the incidental off because he knew he couldn’t honor it because of the card I was using! So yeah he won that one!! So to make my story short we never were able to enjoy the room or enjoy the hotel !! We were absolutely bummed!! We literally have been dying to stay here!!

No surprise incidental charge and no surprise on what kind of bank I they can say isn’t a bank
