From the little time I stayed there I was comfortable

Only stayed overnight. Left before breakfast. The room was very clean. It seems like it was in a good location

Pros:

フロントのスタッフが明るく丁寧な人が多かった。
朝食が付いていて美味しかった点も良かった。
キッチン付きの部屋で長期滞在にはとても助かった。
ロケーションも良くて今回の目的としては完璧な場所だった。

Cons:

コインランドリーの数がもう少しあると助かるし、カードで支払えるとありがたい。
ハウスキーピングの人が洗剤を入れ過ぎた（もしくは専用洗剤ではなく食器洗剤を入れたせい）で泡が溢れ出て床が大変だった。他にも前の客と思われるグラスやカップがクローゼットの棚の上に残されていたので撤去を頼んだが、それらの件を上に報告するか聞いたらしないと言ったことは信用できないと感じた。ヒルトンブランドにしては残念だった。

All in all a great stay
Pros:

Location great. Price great. Rooms recently renovated -great. Breakfast fantastic.

Cons:

Staff not very friendly or outgoing. Check in she was on her phone the whole time . AC doesn’t have a way of moving vents to direct flow away from bed. Bathroom sink/mirror has a small fluorescent light - not very bright and impossible to put makeup on there

Nice location and beautiful room is always a plus when doing a hotel stay.
Pros:

Comfortable stay and polite staff.

Cons:

Would have liked the waffle maker up and running at breakfast but the breakfast they had was tasty.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, location was great, enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

There is no separation between the beds and the couch/sitting area, which made it hard for our son to go to sleep with us sitting and reading and needing lights on.
The pillows of the couch were not on the couch when we got into the room and we found out the couch was broken. We needed help adjusting it to where we could at least comfortably sit on it. Staff was very helpful with this.
There was a party after 10 pm in the pool that kept our son awake, staff tried to take care of it but it took a while.
