Staff was okay just not what I thought I was booking the restaurant next-door was really good
Pros:

I was able to do a late check in I was on the road longer than we expected the staff made sure to let the next person know

Cons:

Room and hotel didn’t match the photos looked nicer in the photos staff never came to put extra towels or make beds At check in keys where not working when we went the next morning it still don’t work

Location. Nice room with a couch and spacious

Cons:

We left early due to weather and told we would get reimbursed our last night stay and we have not been refunded yet. The parking lot is shared with a Taphouse and park and ride was difficult finding parking spots through out the stay

Really bad stay this time that should have been talked to before stay. You really need to step up .
Pros:

I have stayed here before, this time shitty breakfast, my room had at least 5 dead bugs, the floor by the bathroom had old lotion stains on the floor before I even used it.
