The room was clean.
This stay was far from enjoyable, we ran in to many issues with staff. To start, we had called to let staff know our arrival would be at 1am and we were told that a note was written. When we arrived to the hotel, there was no note of our call and our room was not ready. We were given the staff members cell phone to speak with a manager off site. The manager ended up double charging my credit card and told us to return to the front desk in the morning. The staff member was unkind and did not seem to know what he was doing, and we were told he was new.
The next morning we were able to resolve the issue and i was issued a refund.
Next, in the middle of the night a photos from the bathroom wall fell and shattered on the floor. We went to the front desk to let staff know and the staff member kept asking us who broke the frame, and we continued to let him know it fell and showed him photos of the wall where the photo was hung and how it was crooked. He told us that they might cut off our wifi…?? and that a $50 charge may incur. He then told us to tell a member in the morning. When we told staff in the morning, Dill, was very helpful and let us know that it would be taken care of and we were all set.

Property seemed to be in a remodel stage. Visually it was up to the standards we expect.

Room never got clean until we asked
I liked the location of the hotel.
What I did not like about my stay:
I did not like that I felt unsafe.
I did not like that I felt my concerns were not taken seriously by the hotel staff.
I did not like that someone repeatedly banged on my door and did not respond when we said, "Wrong room." The knocking continued and became increasingly aggressive before finally stopping after several minutes.
I did not like that the hotel staff did not follow up with me after we called to report the incident or check on our safety.

We booked this hotel for one night using a ParkandFly program. It was not a good experience. We arrived and check-in was okay but when we went to our room the door was propped open with the security hasp. There was no one inside so we brought in our luggage. The room across the hall also had a door propped open the same way. I pushed it slightly and a man who looked as though he was part of the housekeeping team stuck his head out. I asked him why our door was open and he said he had no idea. Then he said that perhaps housekeeping had left it that way, went back into the second room and that door stayed propped open for hours. The room was spacious enough and reasonably clean. There was a coffee pot but no cup or even plastic cups for water. The bed was comfortable. We had made reservations at check-in for the 6:00 am shuttle to the airport. They advertise this free service on the ParkandFly site. There was another party of 5 who were also booked on this shuttle so the 7 of us waited in the lobby together. 6:00 am came and went; no shuttle. At about 6:15 someone asked the desk clerk (who had, of course, seen us all milling around the lobby and must have know we were waiting for the shuttle) when the shuttle would arrive and was told there was no shuttle that morning. We were NOT advised of any of this prior to someone asking. The desk clerk then said the hotel would pay for Ubers to get us to the airport and they did. We were able to arrive with time to catch our flight. After our trip, we were supposed to call for the shuttle to get back to our car at the hotel. We talked to the shuttle driver and were picked up quickly but that was the only thing that went well. We were in the shuttle with a family of four and they were dropped off at another Country Inn location. Then, we were taken to yet another hotel and had to wait there, in the shuttle, for the driver to consult with someone and then he returned with yet another driver. The first driver said he was leaving and we had to go elsewhere to pick up a different vehicle. All in all we had to drive around Minneapolis for about an hour before being transferred to what looked like a private car and then finally taken to our car at the first hotel. This property is definitely NOT up the Choice Property standards or Raddison or whomever is supposted to be overseeing these hotel. I realize they are all franchisees but it would seem the company that has its name on these locations would want to know what was going on. We fly out of Minneapolis frequently and use ParkandFly for early flights. We will never stay at this perperty again and advise others not to do so.

Keys did not work. Cleaning crew did not clean entire room and put huge divot in back of bathroom door. Breakfast was marginal
The staff was really amazing. The beds were very comfortable.
It's obvious that cleanliness is not a high priority at this hotel. The shampoo conditioner and body wash were all very low, the tissues were almost totally out, and there is mold around the bathtub.
