Costa Mesa Marriott

What a fantastic stay! From the moment I booked our trip, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our entire family was taken care of. Michael was incredibly helpful before we even arrived, patiently helping me add additional rooms and making sure everything was arranged perfectly for our family.
Jacob showed what true hospitality looks like. He actually stayed past the end of his shift to make sure everything was taken care of and that our family was settled and comfortable. That level of care and dedication is rare and meant so much to us.
Jacob, Michael, Tyler, and Adrian made our stay memorable with their friendliness, humor, and genuine kindness. They treated us like family rather than just guests.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Breakfast was wonderful, the pool was awesome (the floats were a huge hit!), and every interaction left us smiling. From parking assistance to answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed, the service was truly above and beyond.
What impressed me most was how much this team genuinely cared. Michael helped coordinate our rooms before arrival, and Jacob stayed after his shift to ensure everything was perfect. Those acts of kindness don't go unnoticed.
Thank you to this amazing team for creating such a wonderful experience. We left feeling cared for, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

This property is one of my favorite Marriott properties of all time, and my wife and I have been pretty loyal for many, many years. The staff at the Costa Mesa Marriott is what makes this place run. From Michael the manager, Thanuri, Jacob, Adrian, Julian, Tyler, Shalah and the rest of the front desk team- absolutely impeccable service all the time!

The location is right off the freeway(but no noise), near South Coast, Plaza, and all the rooms are suites. They have an M Club and there is a beautiful pond in the back of the property with families of ducks and geese and a wide assortment of various trees along the trail. It is really tranquil and beautiful in an otherwise hectic area.

For business or personal travel, I could not recommend this hotel more. Truly, truly at this property, it is about the people though. They make you feel like you are home and are truly the definition of the Gold Standard, always going above and beyond.

I always stay at this Marriot in Costa Mesa. The service is absolutely the best. I want commend Jacob who checked me in. His attention to detail and treatment of me as a guest was awesome. He is an excellent ambassador for Marriot and I want to say thanks to Jacob for making me feel like an important guest

Adrian was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The flatbread pizza I had was delicious and service in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel room was extremely comfortable. Love this hotel.

After a long and exhausting day of travel, I arrived at the Marriott in Costa Mesa ready to collapse . . . and honestly, a little frazzled. What I didn’t expect was to be met at the front desk by Michael with a genuine smile and the kind of calm, efficient check-in that reminded me why hospitality matters.

A short while later, I found my way to the bar, where Brandon took equally good care of me; great food, a well-poured drink, and easy conversation that helped me finally exhale and settle in for the night.

Sometimes it’s not the amenities or the room that make a stay memorable; it’s the people. Michael and Brandon embodied what great hospitality looks like: attentive, warm, and genuinely happy to be there. Because of them, what started as one of those travel days you just want to forget ended as a night I actually look back on fondly.

If you’re staying at this property, you’re in good hands. These two are the real deal.

Ms Thanuri at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She definitely went over and beyond. My 2 time here after a few weeks Ms Thunuri asked about my service animals. They actually stayed home on this trip. I was blown away she remembered myself and my animals. Walked down to have dinner. Ms Thanuri, walked over and helped us out with finding the menu and directions on how everything worked.

Great Customer Service. As titanium elite that travels a lot you come to appreciate when the staff goes the extra mile. Adrian went above and beyond getting us set up in a solid room, following up to make sure everything about our stay was top notch and again at checkout. Nice work. Dinner service at bar only was only challenge, but I went down to the steak house on Anton Blvd which was nice.
