Thin THIN walls..you can hear conversations and televisions.
Across from air Force Base so you get helicopter noise.
Okay clean...not the best.

Overall my stay was good and access to a alot of areas in Rochester was easier. Came for RIT Grad.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the variety is good.

Cons:

The bacon was a bit too crispy for me

A major refresh involving paint and carpeting was happening. While it did not impact to much extent in the end, it would have been nice to know before we got there.

Older Courtyard but fairly nice
Pros:

Room is ok but dated. Lobby is comfortable for sitting and eating meals. Breakfast was good quality.

Cons:

Bistro prices are high. Breakfast averaged $25. There is no brewed coffee available until the Bistro opens.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Every staff member was incredibly warm and welcoming, and it was clear how much they genuinely care about their guests. Throughout our stay, we were met with kind greetings and thoughtful service, which made the entire experience feel truly special. Highly recommended.
