Pros:

location and convenience of Brisbane private next door
easy to get food at lobby cafe/restaurant
parking on site and reasonable fee compared with other hotels

Cons:

mould on carpet outside room - musty smell
noise of other rooms, but that can be at any hotel

Give it a miss
Pros:

The room itself was nice and it was clean. Bathroom was tiny and felt like Uni Students style accommodation.

Cons:

2 young lads on room next to mine were smoking on their balcony and making so much noise. Ended up having to knock on their door to tell them to either go out partying or be quiet they only looked 15 yrs old, wtf? No night reception so no safety at all in the building with any issues overnight. Lots of vagrant's in the area around it so not safe at night.

Clean, cosy, CHEAP.
Pros:

For the price, this hotel is amazing. Right near the medical strip, a few steps from the CBD. Has a laundry (though best in first served), room service (best tasty veges), Cosy, clean.

Pros:

Was a nice size room, good location for where we needed to be the next day. We'll priced.

Cons:

The pod coffee machine didn't work and when I went to use the kettle it was full of brown sludge. Had to pre book parking ( we didn't), so we used the city council car park, only a short up hill walk to the hotel

Pros:

My room was always cleaned everyday. I was also very close to the Queen St Mall. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I regretted was the hill climb everyday to get back to the hotel through the Park. But it was a good exercise.

Pros:

It was comfortable and a short 20m walk to Brisbane Private Hospital or a short walk to Queen Street Mall

Cons:

Unfortunately, due to an issue there was no hot water on day 2, which affected the whole hotel. My room was facing the road, and it was very noisy with rubbish trucks early in the morning.

Gute Lage in laufweite zur City - leider schwacher Service
Pros:

Die leicht erhöhte Lage mit Blick über die Stadt und die Nähe zur City sind sicher ein Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Das Hotel war während unseres zweitätigen Aufenthalts leider personell völlig unterbesetzt. Mit nur einer Person an der Rezeption kann man natürlich keine Probleme beheben und Gästewünsche erfüllen. Leider hatten wir zuwenige Handtücher, keine Zimmerreinigung oder frisches Geschirr. Schade wenn das nicht selbstverständlich ist - schlimm, wenn das auch nach wiederholter Aufforderung nicht klappt...
