Comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Comfortable room in a central location. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall fairly disappointing. Would not be in any rush to recommend to friends or family.
Pros:

Room was modern and clean. Nicely decorated.

Cons:

Upon arrival I was stuck in the basement carpark for over 15 minutes as the elevator would not come down to basement level. I called the reception to inform them and they suggested I just walk up the ramp on the street. This was very steep and as someone with a physical disability it was quite annoying. Upon arriving at reception for check in I was then informed it would be $25 to park in the carpark overnight. Staff member at desk was apologetic about the issue with the elevator.

(Room) Water pressure in shower was terrible. No extractor fan so bathroom was like a sauna after shower. The noise from neighbouring rooms was very irritating, constantly banging doors and slamming balcony doors.

Tried to watch some of the free movies advertised on TV but just kept receiving an error message. Very annoying. No one at reception desk after 10pm to report issue too.

Cons:

Floors were dirty and instantly made clothing black. Cob webs around, stuff over sheets. Bathroom smelt like strong smoke all night. Car park no point of paying for it unless you have a scooter as car parks are so tiny that an suv dont fit in most park and need to take up two carparks and late at night when coming back you need to get out of your car in the creepy dark area to go walk to the gate to tap your card.
