They are accommodating. Location was great for where I needed to be
I was there for 4 nights and 4 days. My room was only cleaned on day 3 and at that they picked up 2 days worth of dirty towels but left 1 day of dirty towels. $680. No continental breakfast. Shelving in bathroom made sitting on the toilet uncomfortable, if you sat back you epuld make contact with the shelving. Cosmetically, the bathroom was looked like it was cut with an exacto knife in several places. Paint visibly peeling on the bathroom ceiling. My room had no phone. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of service the entire week.
Bedding was only changed on the 3rd day. Not that it needed to be. Bar fridge incredibly small and periodically froze anything I put in it.
Not that we didn't like but concerned, the shower tray sides are shallow and water leaked out on the floor, pretty bad, over time the walls etc will be damaged and mold
Double booked and paid twice though app. Still haven't rectified the two billings even though the girl at front desk acknowledged it.
It was central to the activities we were there for.
No breakfast, not even a pot of coffee.

Staff were amazing. Very sweet and accomodating. Bed was comfortable.
Location is rough. Homeless people hovering outside the front door at night. Although beds were comfy, the mattress cover had stains and Because there was reviews of past bed bugs i lifted the mattress and found a blood stain. Dark and did not look like its been cleaned at all. Room 605 first bed coming in.
