The rooms were basic but very clean. The location is excellent for the main tourist elements of Victoria. The staff were excellent and the on site facilities were (pool, bar/food) were very good.

Hot tub needs working jets
Property seemed nice on the outside, but the room was okay. The tub was damaged (had to be cautious when stepping in, you could cut yourself) and the floor of the bathroom was dirty.
It was in a very good location. Close to all the important places to see in Victoria. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though they said there was no a/c there was a portable unit in the room which was a huge plus.
The elevator was cramped and seemed like it would break down at any moment
Staff were excellent. Our son's friend travelling with us for the Fondo left his wallet and ear buds in the room but they were not to be found. The staff checked again the next day as he thought maybe they were tucked under the bed skirt in the far corner or behind the curtains in the corner. They did in fact check and called us back. They were not to be found. They even called the contracted laundry service. Two days after we left, we got a call that the laundry folks had found his things so we were able to coordinate getting them back. Very much appreciated especially for a 14 year old who hasn't much experience having the keep track of all his things independently.

A little noisy but knew that in advance. No air conditioning but did have a fan. Unusual nowadays to not have air conditioning in a hotel room!

Right next to the ferry terminal and easy to walk around. Comfortable bed and cleaned room.
The construction is right in front of the building. Our room is next to the elevator which makes lots of noises when someone is using it.
We have stayed here on numerous occasions. The proximity to the city is excellent. We like to walk and there is no shortage of places and things to see.
Great location, we had a corner king room facing the harbour. Room has been refurbished with new drapes, bedding, furniture etc. As noted , there is no air conditioning but did have a floor fan and both windows opened (only one had a screen)
A great place to stay in Victoria. A perfect central location. The hotel was clean and welcoming and provided everything you needed as a base from which to explore Victoria. I would definitely stay here again.

Even though you warned us you really need air conditioning. The room was way too hot. Also people put on second floor ( I asked for fourth) should get a discount. Looking out on a dirty roof full of wires was gross.
L’emplacement, tout se fait à pied. Nous avions une unité de coin avec des fenêtres tout le tour et un ventilateur la chambre était super bien aérée et la climatisation ne nous a pas manqué(il n’y en a pas). Le ménage sur demande à tous les jours. Piscine. Café dans le lobby.
La sélection pour le pommeau de douche était bloquée. La salle de bain était un peu petite et n’avait pas de ventilation.
