Hôtel de niveau 4 étoiles + et non 5 étoiles

Excellent emplacement et personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Ma chambre devait avoir les rideaux toujours fermés pour ne pas être vu par l’immeuble tout proche en vis à vis. Serviettes de bains très usées . Etc Etc .

Pros:

De ligging is prachtig. Het hotel zit op een centraal punt in Stockholm. Alles is te voet goed bereikbaar. Het hotel zelf is klein, niet te groot, gezellig en comfortabel ingericht. Het personeel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en vers. Kortom; heerlijk.

Cons:

Op de kamers kunnen iets meer beschikbare stopcontacten zijn om telefoons, Ipads en laptops enzovoort op te laden. We misten een nachtkastjes of plankje naast ons bed.

Le site sur booking prévoit un sauna et un spa ce qui n’est pas le cas puisqu’il faut aller au Grand Hôtel avec un coût supplémentaire

A great boutique hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location to explore. We had a corner room with wonderful views of The Palace. I loved the bed and pillows were perfect. A quirky boutique hotel- you must explore each floors ‘photographic art gallery’- superb. Service was great and staff always willing to assist. We stayed for 4 nights and only slightly negative comments would be room storage- shower space was small and closet was tight.

Great experience from the staff. Rooms can be less cluttered.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Location was perfect. The bar was outstanding.

Cons:

Cluttered rooms. It felt like you are in a very untidy persons house who keeps a lot of objects. Also hardly any closet space or anywhere to put suitcases.

5star service levels lacking across all areas especially the reception staff and check in and outdoor bar staff

Cons:

Check-in process - information was not shared about event the basics breakfast times etc. Expect much more from a 5star.
Rude and disruptive bar staff - very poor organisation around the FiFA World Cup ‘event’ held on the courtyard terrace - felt like a youth hostel

Fabulous
Pros:

Location was incredible. Staff were amazing and so helpful booking restaurants, finding my passport which I'd left in the safe by accident. Great breakfast. Stunning bars and restaurants and we made use of the spa at adjacent hotel which was fabulous. Will be back if I can afford it as Stockholm is expensive for us Brits with their taxes on booze especially challenging. Felt like New York prices but so worth it.
