A great boutique hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location to explore. We had a corner room with wonderful views of The Palace. I loved the bed and pillows were perfect. A quirky boutique hotel- you must explore each floors ‘photographic art gallery’- superb. Service was great and staff always willing to assist. We stayed for 4 nights and only slightly negative comments would be room storage- shower space was small and closet was tight.

Pros:

Great, central location next door to National Museum

Breakfast was excellent - wide range of choices and helpful staff.

Room and bathroom a reasonable size.

Great experience from the staff. Rooms can be less cluttered.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Location was perfect. The bar was outstanding.

Cons:

Cluttered rooms. It felt like you are in a very untidy persons house who keeps a lot of objects. Also hardly any closet space or anywhere to put suitcases.

5star service levels lacking across all areas especially the reception staff and check in and outdoor bar staff

Check-in process - information was not shared about event the basics breakfast times etc. Expect much more from a 5star.
Rude and disruptive bar staff - very poor organisation around the FiFA World Cup ‘event’ held on the courtyard terrace - felt like a youth hostel

Fabulous
Pros:

Location was incredible. Staff were amazing and so helpful booking restaurants, finding my passport which I'd left in the safe by accident. Great breakfast. Stunning bars and restaurants and we made use of the spa at adjacent hotel which was fabulous. Will be back if I can afford it as Stockholm is expensive for us Brits with their taxes on booze especially challenging. Felt like New York prices but so worth it.

A luxurious friendly stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was divine. The ambience created with modern photography and design furnishings was both luxe and comfortable. The atmosphere created is friendly and comfortable and never stuffy. The dining area was so warm and inviting and always a pleasure to be in. A luxurious home from home.

War sehr gut, sehr gute Auswahl

Wir haben nicht die Zimmer bekommen die wir reserviert hatten (Blick auf den Hafen.)
Der hohe Zimmerpreis entsprach jedoch unserer Reservierung , das Zimmer nicht. Keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck .
Mangelnde Zimmerausstattung , nur ein Badehandtuch pro Person .
Keine Milch für die Kaffee etc

Ausstattung deutlich zu mager für den hohen Zimmerpreis .

Bett Matratze muss dringend gewechselt werden.
