Un bell’albergo a cinque stelle per chi non ha voglia di apparire, di prenotare al Grand Hotel, che resta riservato ad una clientela più “rumorosa”.
Situato in una posizione eccezionale, ha delle stanze molto grandi e comodissime. Il servizio di pulizia delle stanze e meticoloso, attentissimo, puntuale e preciso. Un vero benefit, soprattutto quando si viaggia con figli adolescenti. Staff della reception e del ristorante molto cordiale e multi HTML

Il ragazzo ha detto all’area cocktail e champagne al piano strada. Non è sufficientemente cortese per una clientela selezionata come quella di questo hotel, è indisponente, spigoloso. I clienti vanno coccolati, e la gentilezza è la prima cosa. Suggerisco che gli venga fornita opportuna formazione, perché non può stare al pubblico in una struttura del genere. Parlo del ragazzo con i capelli lisci un po’ lunghi sui 35 anni nei capelli castani e alto.

静かなロケーション、スタッフさんが明るくフレンドリー、掃除がきちんと毎日されている

Cons:

朝食のブィッフエの種類がややすくないこと。
野菜にバルサミコ酢をかけたいからお願いしたらなかったこと。やや値段が高めなこと。2023 年の同時期の2倍近くになっていました。

Cons:

Ma chambre devait avoir les rideaux toujours fermés pour ne pas être vu par l’immeuble tout proche en vis à vis. Serviettes de bains très usées . Etc Etc .

De ligging is prachtig. Het hotel zit op een centraal punt in Stockholm. Alles is te voet goed bereikbaar. Het hotel zelf is klein, niet te groot, gezellig en comfortabel ingericht. Het personeel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en vers. Kortom; heerlijk.

Cons:

Op de kamers kunnen iets meer beschikbare stopcontacten zijn om telefoons, Ipads en laptops enzovoort op te laden. We misten een nachtkastjes of plankje naast ons bed.

Le site sur booking prévoit un sauna et un spa ce qui n’est pas le cas puisqu’il faut aller au Grand Hôtel avec un coût supplémentaire

A great boutique hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location to explore. We had a corner room with wonderful views of The Palace. I loved the bed and pillows were perfect. A quirky boutique hotel- you must explore each floors ‘photographic art gallery’- superb. Service was great and staff always willing to assist. We stayed for 4 nights and only slightly negative comments would be room storage- shower space was small and closet was tight.
