We were in town for medical reasons at UW Hospital.
Pros:

For a more last minute reservation, we did get our two rooms close to one another.

Cons:

Small TV in the room. I'm a tea drinker and there was only coffee in the room. When I checked in the receptionist didn't ask if I had any memberships to take advantage of any savings.
