Very Dirty !!!
Pros:

Shower had mold, entire cauke line where wall surround meets floor. Phone in room was not connected/broken hand set to call mgt. Pool was less than 5 ft. But so cloudy murky, you could not see your own feet

Pros:

The rooms were a nice size

Cons:

Walked and told they had no rooms even though i booked on line. All rooms were dirty I was told. The counter gal was in phone with a manager and another lady was talking to counter lady telling her that they didnt know what they were talking about Other lady found me a room. Both used profanity and talked bad about manager and the other gal.

Give this Team a financial bonus for excellence
Pros:

I was cold the unit worked fine staff offered to move me, very kind gentleman. The heat will turn off too soon for me.

Cons:

Stronger longer heat in room please

Friendly Professional Staff were accommodating and honest - returned my iPhone and 2 chargers I left unknowingly. Isaac called me and kept it safe

Had extremely rude staff member tried to talk to management and they would never call me back. This is enough to make me not want to come back

Staff was great but property needs upgrading.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were dated and falling apart. Ripped curtains, non functioning thermostat, beds with stained linens, sofa was dirty.

overall a good stay, didn't love having to kill the ants in the bathroom everytime we went in, tho.
Pros:

The breakfast was incredible! Kudos to the chef, it was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

Cons:

My room had ants in the bathroom. I told the front desk the next day, they said they had pest control out prior to our arrival and that it clearly didn't help. She was going to give me extra points but she did not follow thru.

Well Worth the Price
Pros:

I liked the location. It was close to gas and food. Shopping was like 1 freeway exit away. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The beakfast was fresh, hot, and bland. I also wish that there were trays either in the area or one in the room that I could have easily transported my food with.
