Je retournerai dans cet hôtel pour mes prochains séjours.

Hôtel central et personnel au top mais à éviter par fortes chaleurs ou si on cherche le calme.
Pros:

Très grand choix au petit déjeuner. personnel très sympathique. L'hôtel est assez central et permet d'accéder à beaucoup de lieux d'intérêt à pied.

Cons:

L'isolation thermique et phonique est très insuffisante. Nous avons souffert d'une chaleur excessive. Impossible de dormir. Et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir de l'air car l'hôtel est situé au croisement de routes très fréquentées toute la nuit : le bruit est permanent. Mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres perméables aux bruits de l'hôtel et que dire des discussions de groupes de personnes au pied du bâtiment qui ont résonné jusqu'à plus de 2 heures du matin alors que nous étions au 6eme étage. Bref à éviter si on cherche à bien dormir malgré la bonne qualité de la literie.

Pros:

Location is really amazing and cleaning pretty good. Staff pretty good and helpful.

Cons:

Beef Tartare made with pickles. generally the restaurant wasn't the level as expected, it wasn't a real problem by the way

Breakfast was superb plenty of choice hot and cold. Room was cool even without air conditioning.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le service laissait un peu à désirer. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles il est surprenant de se voir poser la question : voulez vous que la chambre soit nettoyée. Quand on dit qu’on souhaite juste que les poubelles soient vidées en fait elles ne l’ont pas été.

Pros:

L'emplacement central dans la ville du Havre. La gentillesse des collaboratrices à la réception.

Cons:

Hôtel très vieillissant malgré certaines rénovations. Table : Bureau trop petite dans la chambre - Equipement minimaliste dans les chambres : ne correspond pas à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 4 étoiles.
Petit déjeuner sans plus et service limite.
Une grosse rénovation de fond serait à prévoir

Absolut empfehlungswert für Durchreise
Pros:

Lage: fußläufig in 10 Min. Denkmal und Zentrum erreichbar.
Möglichkeit einer abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage

Cons:

Etwas laut von der angeschlossenen Bar, (wobei es gegen 22:30h leise war;))
