أفضل شيء في الفندق هو الموقع. الفندق في قلب السنتر تقريبًا وما احتجنا سيارات أو تاكسي كثير لأن أغلب الأماكن قريبة وممكن تروح لها مشي. جميع المشروبات الموجودة في الميني بار مجانية، لكن لا توجد سناكات. التكييف ممتاز جدًا، وموظفو الاستقبال بشوشون ومتعاونون وتعاملهم لطيف
The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel. It is right in the city center, so we barely needed any taxis or transportation. The minibar drinks were complimentary, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning was excellent, and the reception staff were always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
للأسف هناك عدة أشياء لا تتناسب أبدًا مع المبلغ المدفوع. لا يوجد ترولي للشنط ولا أحد يساعدك في حمل الأمتعة، لذلك اضطررنا لحمل كل شيء بأنفسنا. الغرفة صغيرة جدًا مقارنة بالسعر، ولا توجد دواليب أو مساحة تخزين كافية، فقط مساحة صغيرة جدًا.

Unfortunately, there were several things that did not match the price we paid. There was no luggage trolley and no one to help with the bags, so we had to carry everything ourselves. The room was extremely small for the price, with almost no proper wardrobe or storage space.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. The bed linen was only changed every three days, and the bathrobes were not changed for around five days. When I asked one of the housekeeping staff to change them, she told me that it was not her job and that another staff member was responsible, which felt very unprofessional. As a guest, I should not have to coordinate between staff members.
The overall cleaning was very basic and not thorough, and the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.
Honestly, the location is the main thing that makes this hotel worth considering, but in terms of the room, housekeeping, and overall service, I do not think it is worth the price.
The room was clean and had a lovely big window that opened wide so it made the small room seem bigger. Friendly helpful staff.
The corridor to our room smelled mouldy and needed updating.
