Great inner city location
Pros:

The location was great, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work very well, the carpet needs upgrading and there was a bit of mould in the grout on the bathroom floor.

Prima locatie, goed vertoeven, voor deze prijs en vier sterren komt het echter te kort.
Pros:

De locatie is prima: op vijf minuten lopen van de Stephansplatz, binnen 10 minuten alle nodige bus- en metroverbindingen, en niet de drukte van de binnenstad. De kamer was netjes, alles was schoon, en ver van de lift. zoals ik had gevraagd.

Cons:

Voor een viersterrenhotel had ik meer verwacht, zeker met deze prijzen: ik had verwacht dat er een (eenvoudig) koffiezetapparaat op de kamer zou zijn (en geen oploskoffie), en Netflix, of de mogelijkheid om gemakkelijk via de telefoon te streamen op de tv. De matrassen waren ok, de kussens te slap. Wat ik ook jammer vond, is dat de douchewand niet goed afsluit, waardoor de vloer in de badkamer ook nat werd (en een beetje glad, gevaarlijk). De kamer voelde wat klein aan, door de hoge meubels.
