Buen trato del personal, súper amables y serviciales. El desayuno variado y fresco.

Cons:

La habitación sin enchufe del lado izquierdo de la cama, la tv sin apps disponibles (Sólo tv cable en Alemán), el sistema de la ducha no aplicaba ya que se salía todo el agua.

Cons:

There is no telephone in the room, so you have to go down to the reception for any request; additionally, one of the rooms lacked a refrigerator. We asked for an iron right after checking in, but were told it was with another guest—a ready-made excuse that persisted until we left.

Can’t fault the room or area of hotel but helpfulness can be improved on

Comfortable and clean, 10 minute walk to all amenities

Cons:

When asked for milk for bedroom I was told they couldn’t give it to me, breakfast was dear when we asked for a continental option he said yes and literally pointed to what food we could have and then kept his eye on us,
I feel continental breakfast should be an option in all hotels as a bowl of cereal and OJ doesn’t warrant the full price of someone having the full breakfast

Definitely Recommend this Hotel i n Salzburg
Pros:

Comfortable room with an excellent shower. Easy walk from train station and into old city. Our room was nice & quiet overlooking a small park. Tea, coffee & free mini bar with beer, soft drinks & a few nibbles. Didn't eat breakfast in this hotel but had a couple of dinners, Main meals were huge! Reception staff were very helpful.

部屋は綺麗だった。

Cons:

15時チェックインとなっていたが、18時まで3時間もフロントで待たされた。そのせいで予定をひとつキャンセルすることになった。ありえない。待たせる客にはフリードリンクチケットを渡せばいいと思っているようで、たくさんストックされていた。はっきり言って、清掃が追いついていない。15時チェックインと謳うのはほとんど詐欺。

また、１週間連泊したが、なんと一度もタオルが交換されなかった(整えて掛け直されるだけ)。使ったコップも、汚れが目立たなかったものは交換されずにそのままもとに戻されていた。

Cons:

The behaviour of receptionist is very poor regarding extending check out time, they should respect all guests not specific ones.

Another thing is that the room service employee (girl one) didn’t respect the privacy of the room and she open the door immediately while me and my family was there inside.
