Gute Lage, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt

Cons:

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Mercure Hotel. Zimmer noch mit Teppich, alte Klimaanlage und das Fenster lässt sich nur kippen…

Kann man machen , gibt aber durchaus für so viel Geld bessere Häuser !
Cons:

Im verlauf der vier Tage waren zwei Nächte bis morgens um 4 Uhr an Schlaf nicht zu denken .
Lautes Sprechen und feiernde Gäste im hinteren Garten ( Terasse ) haben den Aufenthalt
nachhaltig negativ beeinflusst .
Abschließend halte ich das Restaurant für einen sehr schlechten Scherz, Schnitzel aus der Tüte , Kartoffeln
aus dem Glas waren das erste und auch das letzte Mal was wir in diesem Restaurant bestellt haben .
Sehr Schade und traurig für so ein Haus .

Hotel ohne Türstopper
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat den Aufenthalt erträglich gemacht. Gut ist Möglichkeit, die Zimmerreinigung per Hotelportal abzuwählen.

Cons:

Zimmer beim Check-In nicht bezugsfertig. Wartezeit vieler Gäste über 1 Std.
Haare im Badezimmer sprechen für eine oberflächliche Reinigung.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man wird von jeder Zimmertür, die sich nur lautstark schließen lassen, wachgerüttelt.
Auf dem Weg zum Frühstück laufen wir durch die Spalier stehenden und leider nicht gut riechenden Reinigungskräfte.

Cons:

I arrived at 3 in the afternoon and was informed that my room was not ready and i would have to wait. I waited until 430 and was finally given a room then. No apologies , no courtesy. Less than friendly and welcoming attitude, just adequate service.
