Skøn beliggenhed, alt lige udenfor døren af mad og shopping og stemning - bare få minutters gang til metro. Rolig gade, ingen larm på hotellet, godt isoleret.

Cons:

Renovering pågik, hvilket var ok, men der mangler hensyn til gæsterne, det var ikke beskrevet baren var lukket, alt var klisteret ind i malertape, selv elevator var de igang med at male så man skulle passe på ikke at få maling på tøjet. Værelset var slidt og havde flere fejl. A/C kan ikke indstilles, den er sat til 19g for alle, ellers kan man vælge at få den slukket.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le confort de la chambre, très propre et vraiment sans bruit. Très bonne literie.
Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est vraiment très copieux et délicieux.
Personnel de réception, chambre et petit déjeuner très agréable. Très bel hôtel rénové avec goût.

On y retournera pas, on a pas été informé de l’état de l’hôtel et on a payé le prix fort

Il était totalement en travaux , odeur forte de peinture dans tt l’hôtel y compris les chambres , travaux bruyant des 6h de matin ce qui a réveillé notre fille très tôt , poussière partout qui nous tombes dessus dans les escaliers , literie moyenne , 2 nuits et la deuxième nuit on a eu mal au dos . Variation de la temperature de l’eau chaude également .

Pros:

Very good location. Rooms with balconies make you feel like at home

Cons:

Rooms are extremely small. We could barely use one luggage open.
There is renovation work going on. Heavy paint smell, uncomfortable and unprofessional hotel image... the breakfast was not satisfactory

Excelemte ubicación y buen desayuno, pero dudo que cumpla con un 4 estrellas

El desayuno es muy completo, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Solo hay un ascensor, por lo que en algunos momentos te tienes que esperar bastante. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado pero tienes que pedir al personal de recepción que lo enciendan y lo apaguen cada vez que lo necesites y solo puede estar a 19°C... esto no tendría que pasar en un hotel de 4 estrellas de Mercure.
