Pros:

Établissement bien placé, salle de bains propre, chambre propre.

Cons:

Le Clim : Elle n'était pas réglable de la chambre ni en température ni pour l'éteindre. il faut appeler l'accueil pour éteindre ou allumer la clim. Ça, c'est juste pas possible. La chambre était gelée à mon arrivée. Heureusement j'ai pu dormir sans appeler l'accueil en pleine nuit pour la rallumer. Je n'ai pas compris.

L'emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

La salle de bain n'est pas digne d'un 4*
Le robinet qu'on arrive à peine à tourner, il y a un trou dans celui-ci, la planche en dessous qui n'est pas bien posée
La femme de ménage de l'étage qui rentre sans frapper lorsque la chambre a était prise à 14h et qu'elle vient pour rentrer vers 16h..

Very nice, perfect location! Would recommend!
Pros:

Very nice location (near Les Folies Bergères and the Opera) and nice rooms! The staff were friendly!

Cons:

Renovation work going on (beginning of 2026) which meant that the main floor wasn’t fully completed and visible, but no doubt that the hotel will look even prettier after it’s finished!
