Schade, denn die Zimmer sind gut. Die Problembehandlung allerdings mangelhaft.
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral und gut zum Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar wirkt neuwertig.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus war nicht verfügbar. Statt mir wirkliche Alternativen zu bieten, sollte ich abends um 2300h im benachbarten Hotel anfragen, ob die mir helfen können. Nicht mal eine Entschädigung gab es dafür. Man könne es nicht ändern und entschuldigt sich. Dazu musste ich meine Daten auch noch mühsam in ein Tablet am Thresen eingeben. Nach einem langen Tag ist man nur noch genervt.

Keine E-Bikefahrer erwünscht.
Cons:

Das es keine direkte Möglichkeit gibt das Ebike abzustellen und zu laden.
Es gibt in dem riesigen Hotel keinen geeigneten Platz für Ebike man wird an die öffentliche kostenpflichtige Fahrradgarage verwiesen.

I booked parking as I am partially disabled on arrival was told it was unavailable! No notice in advance from the hotel so I could reschedule my booking! Very disappointed! Also the room looked over fire escapes! Kitchen areas etc could hear talking and fans running most of the night! This was not a four star hotel!!! Very disappointed as we had to find parking ourselves not easy in the middle of Bremen when you don’t know the city.

2 Wasser plus Teekocher mit den dazu zugehörigen Utensilien.

Blick in den Innenhof, aber für eine Nacht okay,
