Pros:

The hotel was very well appointed. Really good value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing.
Not enough choice of fruit or breads. Coffee machine produced Luke warm coffee.

Cons:

When booking was speaking with call centre and unable to give me full info for parking. We were looking to leave car when we took flights. When checking in, told it was no problem and cheaper than airport

Good location, nice staff but a little tired in rooms.
Pros:

Good location, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

While lobby looks smart, room was a little tired, was overheated with only small window for ventilation and uncomfortable night of broken sleep consequently. Breakfast offering not great if vegetarian.

The hotel has well-trained, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and comfort that's out of this world. The location is close to the very interesting places in the good city of Belfast.

Would not recommend and definitely will never return
Cons:

Rigid registration time could not check in at 2.59pm Reception staff were surly and rude. Other guests also commented that it was difficult to get served in the bar while having to wait to check in.
