Cons:

Kamer was schoongemaakt voordat ik uitgecheckt was en kostte me drie kwartier om m’n spullen die nog in kamer waren maar daarna dus niet meer terug te krijgen. Daarna nog een kwartier omdat niet duidelijk was gemaakt dat ik parkeerkaart in hotel moest verzilveren ipv bij automaat. Niet echt klantvriendelijk

Tolles Hotel, schöne Lage....netter Empfang
Pros:

Das Zimmer 1034 war sehr gut, tolles Bett, sehr schöne hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir waren 6 Nächte dort. Parken vor dem Hotel auch gut.
Schreibtisch, moderner Sessel...wirklich toll. Teppich, na ja, ein einigen Stellen sehr dicke Staubstellen, die auf unseren Wunsch aber entfernt wurden :-) somit waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Und dazu die schöne Aussicht auf das ARos Kunstmuseum.
Sehr netter Empfang, sehr schöne Eingangshalle und hübsche Fahrstühle.

Cons:

Das Bad war ungepflegt und alt, aus dem Handuschschlauch lief überall Wasser, nur nicht da, wo es sollte. Wir bekamen einen Neuen.
Rutschige Badewanne zum Duschen, Spritzwasser wurde nicht durch die Scheibe gehalten, der Badfussboden war nass, dicker Kalk an den Schanieren, Fugen rausgebröselt und Fliesen auch kaputt.
Dann die Toilettenbürste, lange Haare hingen dran und Toilettenpapierstücken...ihgitt.
Das hätten wir in so einem Hotel nicht erwartet...ecklig auch der verkalkte Wasserkocher, Tassen hatten noch Teerand vom Vorgänger. Hatten sowieso eigenen Wasserkocher mit...zum Glück

Nett, freundlich, gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis am Wochenende.

Cons:

Klimaanlage schwer einzustellen, kompliziert und dann klappte es mit der Temperatur doch nicht.

Super fijn verblijf naast Musikhuset en Aros Museum
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg lekker; uitgebreid; voldoende en snel aangevuld. Je kon je tijd nemen; ze waren niet heel pushy of zo. De kamer was heel ruim; de bedden waren heel comfortabel.
Parkeren was makkelijk. Er waren heel veel oplaadpunten voor elektrische auto's maar deze werken met een app en dat was iets minder gemakkelijk.
De locatie was uitstekend.

Cons:

De badkamer is erg gedateerd; je moet heel hoog in een badkuip stappen. De regendouche was iets naar voren waardoor je én in de douche moest klimmen om hem aan te doen, én hij maakte je haar meteen nat. Vond ik toch minder. De badkamer was erg klein t.o.v. de hele kamer.
De kamer was ook erg droog en warm.
