We booked the room well in advance, yet it hadn't been fully prepared for three people and the dog we had notified them about. After we spoke to the front desk, most of the issues were resolved.

At al kommunikation foregår på engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt, bortset fra tjeneren i baren. Al kommunikation forud for opholdet og under mht. indtjekning og udtjekning og skriftlig kommunikation på værelset forgik på engelsk. Det er ikke optimalt, når vi befinder os i Danmark. Jeg frygter, at vores modersmål forsvinder.

Pros:

L’hotel è bello, letto comodo, si trova in centrissimo a due passi da ARoS. Ammette i cani con supplemento.
Ha un parcheggio convenzionato che può essere sfruttato anche per tutto il giorno della partenza.

Pros:

The staff were excellent. They were all pleasant and very willing to assist when asked. Both concierges (Tarek and Peter)
were exceptional. They were both very friendly and engaging. We didn’t see much of Peter but Tarek was very helpful with planning each day and ultimately in assisting us with organising our departure. Both gentleman are a valuable asset to The Bristol and an outstanding example to the hospitality industry.
