Ничего не понравилось с первого дня

Cons:

Мы пошли завтракать и столкнулись со скудными завтраками есть было нечего так как ассортимент был очень маленький, решили по пить чай и тут же сразу столкнулись с тем что вода для чая воняло хлоркой я не верила что такое возможно вообще делать в самовар налить из под крана воды которая хлорированная . На следующий день такая же ситуация с водой для чая я подошла к менеджеру и сказала чтобы они взяли воду и понюхали сами возможно ли пить такую воду. В итоге они тихо взяли воду на пробу и все стало понятно когда на кухне раздались споры и крик , менеджер отчитала на кухне тупиц персонал, и сюрприз на следующий день вода была без запаха с бутылок . Второй момент был в ресторане это вообще идиотизм , обслуживание на низком уровне , обслуживание отсутствовало на прочь , конченные люди , к вам приезжают клиенты, приходят в ресторан хотят оставить деньги у вас , но они не заинтересованы в этом я говорю об официантах. Еда ну такое себе, в забегаловке вкуснее будет чем у них . Третий момент это номер семейный который вообще не похож на то что он семейный, отсутствие полок в шкафу для одежды нас было трое и вещи не куда было ложить , и место для чемодана тоже нет чтобы вещи там лежали. Номер очень маленький и не комфортный. Я еще раз убеждаюсь что сеть отелей Radisson Blu с каждым годом все хуже и хуже, мы много где были в Radisson blu в других странах и я бы дала оценила отель 3 звезды . Хотя есть такие отели 3 звезды что фору даст Radissonu . Не рекомендую

This is a nice, clean, well-appointed hotel. We used the bellhops checking in and checking out, and they were great!

The telephone in the room didn't work.
And the rooftop restaurant was just OK for the high prices.

Location was convenient, breakfast is good, room is comfortable and view is really good for the rooms with a sea view

Housekeeping needs improvement definitely, 1 day nobody came in to clean the room, bring new water and towels when we came back to the room and it was already 18:00 . After we called they came to clean, our toilet was old and has ugly stains in it which shouldnt be it had to be replaced. During check out we provided the picture and front desk office offered us to provide free breakfast which was a nice gesture but it should’ve been detected before we checked in to the room since they are selling the room as premium sea view, So, lack of housekeeping practices ….

Cons:

I checked with the hotel in advance whether every room had a refrigerator, because this was important for my medication. I also specified in the booking description that I needed a working refrigerator.

In the end, I was given a room with a broken refrigerator 👏👏

I had to go back to reception, where they could not help me because the trainee did not understand English.

Luckily, my friends, whose room had a working refrigerator, swapped rooms with me.

The hotel is dirty, and the corridors are often full of random trash.

Upon check-in, we were required to pay a deposit. When checking out, we were told it would be refunded to the card. Two weeks have passed — and the deposit still has not been returned 👎

Insgesamt ist das Hotel aber absolut zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls riesig, mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die Lage ist top, da sich die S-Bahn-Station direkt nebenan befindet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten unser E-Auto kostenlos laden.

Cons:

Allerdings ist es in der Nacht leider sehr laut, da sich direkt daneben eine stark befahrene Straße befindet.
