Cons:

They don’t accept credit cards with PIN numbers more than 4 digit numbers! Very inconvenient for Asia travellers.
Check out is slow too.

I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to ruin their vacation.
Pros:

Honestly, there was very little to like. The only positive aspect was the sea view.

Cons:

This hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The property is extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms smelled unpleasant, everything felt dirty, and the furniture looked worn out. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the mattress was old and sagging, and the pillows were among the worst we have ever slept on. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The overall cleanliness was far below what anyone should expect from a Radisson Blu. This hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation. It certainly does not deserve its star rating, and we were extremely disappointed with our stay.

Way overpriced. Incredibly disappointing. Choose somewhere else. I’ve stayed in a lot of different places/hotel bran
Pros:

Nice view from balcony, comfortable beds. Overall the staff we spoke with were generally nice, just disappointed with experience overall.

Cons:

Poor attention to detail with housekeeping- gross rug with crusting (looked like poop). I asked for it to be cleaned and intentionally marked it for the housekeeper and it was not fixed in three days. Smells like smoke covered by cheap cologne in hallway, with bags of dirty clothes and maybe trash? Outside of room doors. Faulty door handle that locked us outside on balcony. We were stuck out there for almost 45 minutes because we could not get through to the front desk. We asked door to be fixed once we were let back in. I’m not sure if anyone ever actually came and fixed it as there was no follow up regarding the door. I emailed the front desk with a list of these concerns to have a record of the interaction and I never heard back from them during the entirety of our trip.
