Holiday INN Honest Review
Pros:

I loved the pools deep end and shallow end making it perfect for all ages. Not to mention their mattresses are so comfortable, you won't even know your sleeping

If you're in Rockford THIS IS THE HOTEL TO BOOK

I did not enjoy having a lower level number hotel room

Nice room - billing struggles
Pros:

The rooms were clean.

Cons:

They got the charges all wrong and double charged me. Took me going to the front desk and two phone calls to straighten it out. They were nice, but kind of a disorganized mess logistically.

Pleasant stay, nice hotel
Pros:

I liked our suite except for the fact that the bathroom was on our bedroom. Our guest had to go through our room to use the bathroom. The suite was really big.

Nice hotel but watch out
Cons:

My credit card was Charged with no explanation in spite of 3 attempts to receive explanation. It is strange since they asked to use the phisical card during check in (for incidentials) and few hours later it was charged again without me knowing about this. I called the Frontdesk and also twice talked with the receptionist who could not provide any explanation to this. This is not acceptable. We are 3-4 days aftet our stay and yet no one cancelled this charge (of 78.36 $)
