Hampton Inn Miami-Coconut Grove/Coral Gables

I stayed at the Hampton Inn during a University of Miami campus visit with my daughter. I initially selected this location because it was so close (within a couple of miles) however, the hospitality and friendliness I was met with when I encountered Trinity and Latasha at the front desk, will literally be the reason I return! Very long story short, during my checkout, I had an issue (that wasn't their fault) however, their willingness to be resolution oriented, timely AND made the quite a few suggestions on how we can logistically create a plan to assist my family when my daughter moves down to UMiami campus this August is the exact reason why we booked our next 3 future stays here. Listen, are there move fancier hotels a few more miles out, possibly. But, if you're looking for a nice, clean, accommodating stay and friendly/respectful staff, this is your place. My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Coconut Grove Coral Gables Miami. From the moment we arrived, Shanice at the front desk made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. No matter what questions we had, she was always pleasant and eager to assist. She truly went above and beyond and made our experience even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is absolutely chef’s kiss! It is directly across the street from the Coconut Grove Metrorail station, making it incredibly easy to explore Miami without relying on a car. It also has quick access to the interstate. Within walking distance, there were plenty of convenient stores and restaurants, including Target, Five Below, Chipotle, and Fresh Market etc…. Everything we needed was right there.

The hotel itself has been newly renovated, and the updated spaces were beautiful and comfortable. One of our favorite features in the room was the round table and chairs instead of the typical small desk setup. It gave us a comfortable space to sit together, talk, eat, or get some work done.

The amenities were great as well. The pool area was lovely, with shaded seating areas that made it easy to relax out of the sun, and there was also a fitness center on-site. The complimentary breakfast, served daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., was delicious and offered a wonderful start to each day.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Between the exceptional customer service from Shanice, the convenient location, the updated accommodations, and the great amenities, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Miami area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
