Zeer teleurgesteld in de starre houding bij annulering
Pros:

Na het afgelasten van evenement Bij Ons In Brabant hebben wij zes kamers moeten annuleren voor klanten uit Amsterdam. Helaas bleek het hotel totaal niet bereid om mee te denken of enige vorm van coulance te tonen (zoals een voucher). Al was het maar een bon per kamer van 25 euro. Het antwoord was kortaf: "pech gehad, geld kwijt". Als ze slim waren geweest dan hadden ze zoiets gedaan en hadden we misschien in de toekomst nog geboekt.

Dat zij op deze wijze vasthouden aan de volledige betaling, terwijl ze geen ontbijt hoeven te serveren en geen kamers hoeven schoon te maken voor zes kamers, getuigt van een zeer starre bedrijfsvoering. Wij boeken hier in de toekomst nooit meer en raden dit hotel af voor zakelijke boekingen waarbij flexibiliteit gewenst is. Zeer teleurstellende ervaring.
