Pros:

The ladies I encountered as reception staff were great, especially given it was a marathon weekend. Pleasant and respectful.

Cons:

The air conditioner still runs even on off switch. They said it was fresh air. I hardly slept. I had asked about this before check in...no response to the contrary.
Musky facility...not at par with the Pullman name.
Main entrance was closed due to marathon; it wasn't clear which entrance to use instead.

Eén nachtje na familiebezoek in Eindhoven.

Geen ontbijt genomen, locatie was ok. 12 uur uitchecken.

Cons:

Siliconen rand aan het bad, erg vies en onhygiënisch, had ik dit eerder geweten hadden we voor een ander hotel gekozen. Vroeg ‘‘s ochtends lawaai ivm ophaling containers. De omslachtige manier om op de parking te geraken, steeds omlopen en niet rechtstreeks bereikbaar vanuit het hotel.

Locatie hotel is perfect, kamer was groot. Personeel was super vriendelijk en zorgzaam.

Cons:

Meubels, tv, radio cd speler etc was echt outdated en oud. Tafels zien er niet uit, bank ingezakt. Waterreservoir van koffiemaker was zo smerig dat ik de koffie maar niet gemaakt heb. Size van kamer was goed maar de kamer zelf was echt een oude bedoeling. Ik begrijp eigenlijk niet dat dit nog verhuurd wordt in zo'n prestigieus hotel.
