Pohodlný hotel ve městě plném zábavy
Pros:

Při příjezdu jsme automaticky dostali upgrade pokoje. Nový pokoj byl větší a měl svůj vlastní kuchyňský kout, což bylo nakonec velmi pohodlné. Zařízení sice něco pamatuje a funkčnost má navrch před designem, ale i tak jsme se v hotelu cítili výborně. Snídaně byla velmi bohatá a naprosto delikátní. Poloha hotelu ve městě geniální.

Cons:

Není to úplně kritika, ale pokoj byl od vstupu do hotelu poměrně vzdálený dlouhými chodbami a i schody. Za normálních okolností bych to vůbec nezmiňovala, ale cestovala jsem se zlomeninou nártní kosti a to se každý schod počítá. Další drobností bylo, že jsme neobjevili tlačítko pro pěší vstup na venkovní parkoviště a to ani podle popisu recepční. Zdá se, že popisovala tlačítko, když naopak potřebujete parkoviště opustit, ale situace, že vy jte venku a auto máte uvnitř nikoliv. Vždy jsme ale měli štěstí, že zrovna někdo zajížděl, nebo vyjížděl.

Really comfortable easy stay perfect
Pros:

The little touches, the suit room had a living area which was very spacious, ground floor so really accessible - excellent location. We were delayed by 9 hours, arrived after midnight and the member of staff on the reception (he was from St Martin) was extremely kind and helpful - excellent place to stay

Cons:

The stereo in the room is outdated and didn’t detect the usb for the phone but we did being our own speaker so we made it work

Solid hotel would stay again in a better room.
Pros:

Bed was super comfortable. Room was attractive and the staff were nice.

Cons:

The air con always blew cold air. Which was required the first night however not the second. The difference between max temp and lowest temp was no different.

Not enough tea and coffee supplies for a decent cuppa in the morning, however we were provided more when we asked. Fridge not in the room was a huge minus.
