Pros:

La localisation centrale de l'hôtel est un plus. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et sont parfaitement équipées.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème d'air conditionné. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre. Nous avons sollicité une intervention technique qui s'est vite déplacée mais sans succès.

Top verblijf gehad op een geweldige locatie in hartje Eindhoven!
Pros:

De suite was ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Prachtig uitzicht over de skyline van Eindhoven. Goed gevulde minibar en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie is top, want je loopt zo het stadscentrum in.

Gute Lage, tolles Frühstück aber leider kein Spa zum relaxen
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man ist direkt mittendrin. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Nespressomaschine auf dem Zimmer. Neben Duschgel und Shampoo gab es auch Conditioner sowie Body Lotion. Das Frühstück war super. Frisch gepresster O-Saft, Lachs, viele kleine Dinge, die das Frühstück hervorragend machen.

Cons:

Der Pool und der Fitnessraum waren leider sehr enttäuschend. Relaxen ging gar nicht. Es gab keine Liege. Am Pool standen 2 Plastikstühle. Der Pool ist nur 1.10m tief, man hängt mit den Knien fast auf dem Boden. Er ist foliert, nicht gefliest und hinten an der Decke ist viel Schimmel. Die Sauna ist gut, es gab noch eine recht große Rotlichtkabine. Aber leider kann man sich nach dem saunieren nirgends hinlegen. Der Fitnessraum ist auch sehr klein. 2 Bänke, 1 altes Rack ansonsten ein paar Kardiogeräte. Schade, also entspannen war da leider nicht drin.

Pas à la hauteur du tout ! Chambre pas confortable !

Cons:

Catastrophique : la vétusté de la chambre, 2h pour faire couler un bain, chambre non chauffée glaciale et humide (signalé à la réception après avoir déposé notre valise mais rien n’a été fait), décoration froide, peu soignée et abîmée, vieux peignoirs rêches (à notre taille mais beaucoup trop petits pour des personnes un peu corpulentes), odeur très désagréable des serviettes de salle de bain, oreillers horribles, matelas dur et absolument pas confortable.
Nous qui privilégions le confort avons été extrêmement déçus.

Great place, worth a visit if you're in Eindhoven
Pros:

What I find very good at this hotel is the lighting in the room, the quality of the beds and the shower, and the overall atmosphere. Parking works really well. Didn't try the gym, hopefully next time. The location is good for nearby restaurants. The hotel definitely has International flair...

Ideally located top class hotel for business and pleasure and with Napaporn.
Pros:

I've been using the hotel for many many years and always thoroughly efficient and enjoyable, but all the more so with the wonderful Napaporn on reception - always very professional and always laughing and joking - if all hotels around the world had a Napaporn, business travel would be all the more enjoyable.

Prima locatie, fijn luxe hotel. Fijne bar.
Aanrader.

Cons:

We zaten in een tweede deel van het hotel. Het gebouw lijkt geschakeld. Laten we zeggen: je haalt je stappen dan wel. En de begane vloer is een soort verlate tweede entree (nu alleen uitgang). Maakt wat desolate indruk.

Comfortable and well located
Pros:

Wonderful location close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and quiet room with good facilities. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

I ordered a last-minute breakfast in my room. It was delivered in good time by the friendly staff member. However, except for the toast, everything else was leftovers that had been put back in the oven on a high setting. The result was burnt bacon and crispy eggs! Together with watery tomatoes, it was easily the worst breakfast I have ever had in this type of hotel.
