I had a fantastic stay with my pet and will definitely be back!
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and always helpful!
My room was very clean which is a huge plus with me! The staff always put out little extra treats which was a very nice touch!
I had an excellent stay!
The staff were also excellent with my pet!!

Beds were very comfy.
Housekeeping is optional.
Tv is nice and big.

Cons:

Mini fridge kept getting stuck on a rubber mat when closing. Had to keep lifting the whole mini fridge to close it correctly.
The bathroom door's lock didn't work.
Garbage barrels are too tiny.

The location was convenient and the facility was overall very clean. The staff was also very friendly. My room did have

Cons:

The room did have a stale odor to it. It was not the staff’s fault but check in was not smooth due to system failure. I had to wait in a long line, wait for the room and then my key did not work so I had to get another one .

It was an overall great experience

Cons:

The pool was fun, the only thing I didnt like was how slippery it was when you got out.. My toddler fell twice only walking around the pool... very scary.
