not that clean
Great experience front desk was patient and well mannered towards my error in double booking the room.
Loved it all
Exceptionally clean
I wish check in was earlier than 4.
Pet fee almost as much as room $75 fee is way to high
Absolutely nothing
Everything
Breakfast was great and plentiful
Dirty sheet on the sofa bed. Extra fees
It was connected to the water park although we had to walk a little maze to get there.
Bed was a little hard and the thin walls/ceiling
there were kids jumping over our heads first thing in the morning sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling made it impossible to sleep in.
Staff was extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond.
You have to wake up extra early to avoid a line at breakfast but they do have a sign warning about this. There was no place to fill up a water bottle.
I liked the breakfast that was included. I also liked the pool.
I didn't like the fact I was told the waterpark was included with our stay, and when we went to the waterpark, it was a separate charge of $200 after 4 pm. Then, the next day, we went to the waterpark, and they jacked the price up $80 a person! I paid $300 just for a day at the waterpark. A 2 day total of $500 for the waterpark. That is just criminal. We will never go there again. Buyer beware!
Close to the highway
False advertisement regarding splash lagoon from Booking.com and hotel. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! It was below average clean and updated. The guy from housekeeping I asked for another cloth he said he would clean it. He came went into the tub with his boots on and called himself cleaning the tub🥴Mind you I had to clean it again! Disgusting. Now I question whether or not they use the same cloths on the toilet and sinks😒entire building inside and out is old and needs cleaning and new carpeting. It’s dark inside, and gives the sense like it would have roaches or bed bugs (thankfully none were found) front desk went out of her way to help with splash lagoon booking, and were respectful as we arrived. Everyone just looks sad. You have to smile and greet them just to get the same response. I get it ppl have things going on in their life, but in hospitality sector guests see you. I’d be sad in there as well, the atmosphere is gloomy. Breakfast was just ordinary. Although my children had already eaten from 7am, the breakfast isn’t over until 10am. Families came down at 8:52am: 9:18am and the warmers for eggs, sausages etc was empty. Unlike other hotels there wasn’t a person replenishing food as it got low or was done. If breakfast is done at 10am at least make sure adequate portions are still available, that was wrong and unprofessional. Minimal choice for fresh fruits. The senior staff was nice once she spoke. I’m from Canada so maybe it’s just the culture there but on the other side at the hotel connected. Updated, modern facility and VERY clean. They had staff walking through continuously cleaning, bright lights sun coming inside and cheerful. Comfort Inn Should use their manager for training. The children enjoyed the pool. Great option for ppl not using the splash lagoon🌟Then I found out it had no chlorine in it so I hope there is another product being used for bacteria and cleanliness.
The pool and breakfast. Rooms clean very good experience.
The internet. The internet in hotels needs to be better as a whole.
Right off the highway
Noise attitude of the clerk at check in
Clean room. Spa tub. Keurig with k cups in the room. Nice bathroom. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Plenty of pillows. It's a quick walk across the parking lot to Bob Evan's. Good sized room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of counter space.
There was a switch missing from one of the bathroom light switches. There were cracks in the bottom of the tub, and the caulking was coming off of the tub. All cosmetic though, and they werent really problems for me.
