The staff was very friendly and attentive and addressed small issues very rapidly without an attitude.

Pros:

We took some of the family to splash lagoon and it was a great place to stay. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed. It was easy to extend our stay for an extra night,they helped us get the room and tickets to splash lagoon included in the price of the room

It’s a good and comfy place to stay while in Erie, would definitely come back.
Pros:

The pool was great and the beds were very comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t like that I woke up all sweaty because I couldn’t turn the air conditioner temperature down.

Loud traffic, over charged on pets, messy, old.

The property was in the right location for our journey.

Cons:

Very close to the large interstate and you can listen to the traffic in the room all night! The hotel was being remodel (not mentioned before booking). They charge 75 dollars for pets (!). Not the usual 20.

Pros:

I loved the location, seemed family friendly. They were able to give us adjoining rooms. Staff was helpful and kind.

Cons:

Everything was good! The room smelled a little stale when we first checked in, but that could have been the humidity.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good!

Cons:

We weren’t able to sleep due to stomping and creaking sounds in the room above ours. The thermostat kept resetting from 68 to 76 so I had to keep getting up to cool it off.
