Hotel viejo con mal olor, y personal poco amable.

Staff levels a little low too many people seem to be in training and require patience however this can become quite tedious at times when you are only there for a short time. Also the fact that there is no bar or any such service for guests is poor to be honest. Only hot food can be ordered from a make shift Starbucks inside the hotel with again limited staff levels and by that I mean one person who was also part way through training which isn’t there fault!! But became an issue when say a family and a few other customers wanted to place an order. Additional to this I just think a small counter for hot food and drinks in a reasonable size hotel that just serves food in cardboard box format with plastic forks is a poor service to offer guests and maybe this needs addressing in the future. All just my opinion obviously but I’ve stayed in many hotels and just wanted to put forward my honest opinion.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk service in the morning was extremely disappointing. I have been trying to contact the hotel since Saturday because I accidentally left something very important in my room, but I have not been able to get a clear answer or even confirmation as to whether the item was found.

The morning front desk service has been extremely poor, with no one providing useful information or following up on my request. This was very different from the service I received from the afternoon/evening staff, who were much more helpful and professional.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and assistance when trying to recover an important personal item has been very frustrating.

The front desk service was terrible. She didn’t make me feel welcome.

No vending machines, no complementary coffee outside of the room, no one to assist with issues in the room after 5:00 and some staff didn’t appear to care wether we got assistance or not

El Desayuno incluido es un chiste ; el peor desayuno de hotel que vi en mi vida ; No paguen con desayuno incluido . Solo te dan un budín o croissant de bolsa recalentado, un jugo y un café con cereal. No hay nada más si quieres algo más debes pagar adicional . El personal de desayuno está perdido no sabe guiarte , el sistema que pone el hotel perjudica tanto a los clientes como a los trabajadores del hotel ; es un sistema muy mal diseñado .

It wasn’t as clean , mildew and dog mixture smell ,also I’m not sure if the facility is aware that the property has mold which was a big concern considering I had infant with me
