Service is identical to a motel.
Pros:

Nothing to be frank.

Cons:

We went to the breakfast and were told, we are sorry but we do not have a chef so no breakfast could be served apart from dried up savoury food....Hotel room was not cleaned on a daily basis. You had to request the cleaner. Furthermore, the hair dryer was sticky, clearly never cleaned, shower had no water pressure, lights were terrible, no centralised lightning system but few small lights scattered around the room.

Don’t stay here…. Rude staff, and the facilities aren’t being kept up.

It was convenient to where we were going.

Cons:

The plug in the bathroom didn’t work and when we reported it, the manager said there wasn’t anything he could do and left the room. I had to dry and curl my hair at the desk in a 5 inch hand mirror. Then the fire alarm went off the morning we were leaving and when maintenance came he was extremely rude. The floor in the room had not been vacuumed because there were crumbs of food in it. The conditioner in the shower was basically water. When we checked out, the lady never asked how our stay was or thanked us for being there. We have stayed there multiple times but we won’t again. This place has gone down and is not worth the money.

Pros:

The location was great. It was about a 20 to 25 minute walk to Truist Stadium.

Cons:

I didnt care much for the location of the TV in the room.. you had to look from the side of the bed to watch instead of straight ahead. Not a big deal but was something I noticed.

Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Nice hotel. Love dog friendly atmosphere. AMAZING staff! Room was beautiful and clean enough.

Cons:

There wasn't a shuttle to the Braves game which is one of the primary reasons I chose this hotel. The walk to the bus line wasn't well lit (not hotels fault) and confusing.

I’ll be back
Pros:

Great place to stay the employees were very nice and helpful . Great walking distance from Cumberland mall and braves ballpark. Everything is a clean and my stay was fantastic. Sonesta is great !
