Pros:

The hotel staff was incredible, personable and had good conversations with you. The hotel restaurant had fantastic italian food. The entire team was 5 stars.

Cons:

The rooms were very hot, even with the air conditioning, but I went during a heatwave, so I will give them some grace for that.
The "courtyeard view" advertised was the very dirty back wall of another building. I never opened the window again after that.

Totalt tyst trots restauranger nedanför fönstret.

Excellent location.
Comfortable, clean room.
Excellent breakfast..great value

Cons:

The only comment is that they hold 30 Euros for use of the mini bar in the room which they do of course return (minus any amount you may use, or full amount if nothing is taken). We be good to know this when booking.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum von Wien ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Einzelzimmer war überraschend großzügig. Es gab einen Fahrstuhl zu den Zimmern und eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön ruhig, aber lag zum kleinen Innenhof hin, so dass man leider nur auf die nächste Häuserwand geschaut hat.
