Good stay. Excellent location.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located. It was easier to walk around the city center from the hotel. It was closer to the point from where most of the tours depart. It was closer to the airport. The staff was friendly and fixed any concerns instantly. It was closer to public transport, many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The room had good heating.

Cons:

In one or two instances, the receptionist wasn't listening to what I was saying and was hurrying to hang up the phone.
The room was a bit cramped.
In one instance the housekeeping staff was trying to open the room with keys without checking whether anyone was inside. This might be accidental but they shouldn't try to open the doors unless the sign is placed outside to clean the room.

Morgens um 6:30 Uhr wurden im Innenhof Glasflaschen in einem Container geworfen. Jeden Tag! Von Freitag bis Dienstagmorgen.

予約の時に希望したスーペリアダブルルーム、シングルベッド2台、バスタブ付きが全て希望通りだったこと
チェックイン時間より少し早く到着したのですが、部屋の準備が出来ているとのことで、部屋に入れたこと
ゆったりとした広い部屋には衣類タンス、収納タンス、ソファ、シャンデリアなど統一されたインテリアで6日間の滞在を優雅で癒される時間にしてくれたこと
シュテファン広場は至近距離で、グラーベン通り、ペスト記念碑、ペーター教会前を毎日歩いて、日常を忘れ中世の世界に浸れた一週間は夢のような時間でした
スタッフの皆さんはフレンドリーで全て満足、リンク中心のグラーベンホテルにして本当に良かったです
