La posizione è pazzesca, lo staff é davvero molto cordiale e l’albergo è molto bello in stile viennese. Colazione meravigliosa.

Cons:

Unica pecca è stato il servizio pulizia. Nell’armadio c’era un cattivissimo odore. Asciugamano al secondo giorno erano piene di capelli e sporche. Credo che non fossero state sostituite ma che abbiano prese quelle che avevamo lasciato noi per terra e ripiegate. Peccato, é stata l’unica cosa che mi ha scontentata o avrei dato un 10.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Graben Hotel. The location was perfect for the way I wanted to experience Vienna. It is right in the historic centre, close to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, cafés, restaurants, shops and many beautiful streets, so I was able to explore most places comfortably on the foot. The hotel was an ideal base for wandering around the Graben area, visiting local shops, cafés and bookstores, and simply enjoying the atmosphere of Vienna. Breakfast was enjoyable, and I particularly liked the generous pot of coffee served at the table. The hotel itself has a traditional Viennese character that suited the surroundings very well. I had plenty of time to enjoy the city during my stay, and I felt that choosing Graben Hotel was absolutely the right decision. I would happily stay here again on another visit to Vienna.

The hotel was fine for a nights stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Expected a bit more as a result of the pictures we saw. Didn’t have breakfast. Too pricey at 26 euro per person but there are plenty of cafes around the property. Stayed just 1 night, so it was adequate.

Stadtmitte, die Lage ist Top.

Es gibt auch kleine Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Wand zum Innenhof. Nicht so toll.

Great stay and centrally located
Pros:

Fabulous staff, central location, quiet, very efficient air condition, great breakfast. Nice street side tables to have a drink or Italian meal.

Cons:

Air condition felt almost too powerful for the size of the room at times. Otherwise, nothing.
