There was no amenities that were posted as available were available.
Pros:

The housekeepers were every friendly and always ready to help.

Cons:

There was no WiFi connection even after check-in and a password was given to you. They said breakfast was included but staff only gave you one plate with on options of what you would like to eat, and if you asked for a second plate you were told no. Due to an emergency evacuation during checkout the staff was every rude and tried to charge us for everything they could (including a 24 hour notice not given, $35 fee for early cancellation, etc.). The emergency situation had to do with a chemical fallout situation ongoing and police at the facility told us evacuate, even with all that staff still tried to charge us for the rest of the days we had booked.

Pros:

Nothing. It does not look like the pictures or other Quality Inns

Cons:

Old furniture. Doesn’t look clean because everything is old . Plus I got charged a second deposit after being charged a deposit

They had a lot of roaches while I was asleep, the roaches were crawl on me and it was disgusting

Dirty Stay
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Didn't like this place. Walls was falling apart, was hard to figure out the TV, requested to change rooms. Next room smelled very old and it was cold because the heater didn't work.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly.
Pros:

The location was convenient for the purpose of our trip. Close to family and close to the freeways.

Cons:

The breakfast was warm, not hot. Disappointed there wasn't a toast or muffin option.

Everything. Staff was great especially Manuel and Elizabeth. They are all so friendly. Breakfast was on point. Bonus was the gym and laundromat.
