The breakfast buffet is plentiful and a delight. The restaurant staff are superb. Gave them a small bag to be washed. Although I acknowledge I should have checked the price, they could have warned me it was dry clean only (as it was clearly a bag of casual cotton clothes) and that little bag of clothes turned out to be ~$130plus! Ouch. Lots of restaurants in the nice neighborhood or a short uber ride away. Felt very safe. The massages were very light and not really worth it.

My new go-to in Bogotá
Pros:

I have stayed at Embassy Suites Rosales twice now. The hotel is fine, and the price was reasonable.

The best thing about this place is its location - right in the center of Bogota's gastronomic center. Can't throw a rock without hitting a good restaurant. Less than 2 minute walk to Argentine, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, general Asian, and of course Colombian cuisine.

This is a nice neighborhood, however always be aware of your surroundings no matter where you are in Bogotá. A couple years back I stayed at this place and a colleague was robbed at gunpoint by a fake cop a couple blocks away from the hotel. This is not likely to happen to you in this sector but common-sense precautions are always appropriate in Colombia

Loved my stay at the Embassy by Hilton in Bogotá! Super central location—tons of restaurants and tourist spots just a short walk or ride away. Good vibes, the room was clean and comfy, and the staff were really friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended for your stay in Bogota!
Pros:

Best all-around hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Well located (equal distance to all the neighbourhoods we wanted to visit). Room was very comfortable, with all amenities there. Breakfast was great (and extensive) and happy hour was a nice addition. Would definitely stay again while in Bogota!

Cold showers all day, everyday!!
Pros:

Our 1st morning the shower was ice cold after running 10 min (sink water was hot). Tried in the evening and the shower started lukewarm but after 1-2 min turned ice cold. Spoke to front desk after first experience and they said someone would come to room and look at it but no evidence of that. Second day tried shower throughout the day and always cold.
Otherwise staff were wonderful, room was large and good breakfast and even better happy hour. Sadly, shower ruined our stay.
