Would stay at another hotel this would be my last resort if all others were sold out
Pros:

Parking with good plenty of parking.

Cons:

They had luggage carts but no elevator didn't make sense had to carry every item up the stairs. Floors and ice machine looked dirty.

We like the coffee the location is very convenient when flying in and out of Medford

I don’t like booking through the one 800 number because I never get the room I ask for what I do it that way

don't recommend it to other people if you have a service dog or a couple.
Pros:

its generally a clean, quite and well maintained community.

Cons:

the room has a door to the next unit which is very thin and dangerous. you can hear everything in the other room through the door. The managing guy says it's a conventional thing ? which is not a truth. If you have a service animal, they will treat them as pets directly. The manger is very rude.

Needs a facelift and some TLC.
Pros:

I liked the location, and the price was pretty good. I understand that some of the rooms were newer, and I definitely had one of the older ones.

Cons:

I didn't like the smell of my room. I even stayed two nights, and it was just kind of like an old wet dog smell. I think it was the carpet. I understand that some of the newer rooms do not have carpets. I had a suite, and it was not one of the newer ones. I also didn't like that the hot tub was out of service!

Good place to stay in Medford.
Pros:

They had a lot of amenities that were very nice - a spa, pool, fitness room, laundry room for guests. The room was good size and lots of variety for breakfast.

Cons:

The only issue was the area for breakfast and the fitness room. I felt they were really small for the size of the hotel.
