Will not be back, really a different experience from in December.
Pros:

We stayed at this location in December, it was dated, but clean and friendly. This last stay will be our last! Dirty, unfriendly, and definitely a different experience. Very disappointed.

Cons:

Dirty dirty room, poor AC, and super unfriendly staff at check in.

Pros:

Breakfast and room size only!!

Cons:

We had a late arrival and the front desk lady was so nasty for no reason . It was literally 1am and she had an attitude and all I was Trying to do was check my kids and I into the hotel. The room had issues the phone and toilet didn’t work and bugs were crawling on my curtains couldn’t reach anyone because the phone didn’t work so I had To wait until the morning to use the restroom once we got a new room because our toilet we was broken. The manager acted like she didn’t believe me when I was telling her the issues with the room and asked to be relocated to another room. The breakfast is hot and good. The pool was disgusting so my kids couldn’t go swimming. The other staff was nice I did get another room with everything working properly. That’s was just inconvenient traveling with kids. The room is nice though.

Windmill Suites stay 5/13/26
Pros:

Beds very comfortable.

Cons:

Smell in the hallway was off-putting. Breakfast wasnt organized well. Didn't see proteins until we checked out. Desk personnel seemed annoyed that we were disturbing her when we checked in.

Great place to stay for my granddaughter’s Ottawa University graduation!

Pros:

This the 2nd time at this location. I really like the separate bedroom setup and back patios. The breakfast is also very good and convenient

Good value for the price
Pros:

The building was impressive until you noticed it is aging and not kept up to a 4 star rating. Room was surprisingly nice, clean & comfortable with a unique layout. We would definitely return.

Aging of the building, not kept up. Needs paint, hardware repair & new carpets
