Guest Reviews
Breakfast
Loved this property and the staff and the rooms were excellent for the value!
N/A
Convenient location.
Hallway Carpet dirty with a stale odor.
Beautiful lobby, good location, reasonable rates
Needs a little more attention on cleanliness, hallways, outside door B and my windows had bird droppings and were dirty. A guest also left a pile of trash outside their door including their bedding. Doesn’t seem like anyone roams the property to check hallways etc
Good
The modern updated look, cleanliness, and the layout of the suite
Wish the "gym" room had more equipment 😉
It was super quiet and calm which main the stay more enjoyable
Everything was better than expected
Soft pillows and soft blanket, I like that the living area is separate from the bedroom
The walls in the room were dirty, not well cleaned at all and the carpet in the hallway and in the room are very dirty and outdated, it looks like the carpets are never shampooed at all and grossed me out
I loved this place It was cute and I loved the fact that it was like a little apartment. I enjoyed the pool with my kids and the little pond. The beds are amazing and comfortable. My kids and I really enjoyed the breakfast and not only do they have a waffle machine but also a pancake machine, the bacon was homemade and great. I just really enjoyed my overall experience. Definitely a hidden affordable gem in Surprise,AZ.
Le falta un poco mas de limpieza
