Las Vegas che confusione!!!
Pros:

Albergo nella media, letti comodi e buona pulizia. Appena fuori dalla struttura, a 5 minuti la monorotaia per andare alla streep. Parcheggio 22 dollari a notte.

Cons:

Colazione scarsa e signorina del bar dentro la struttura molto scortese ci ha trattato male per un errore non nostro. Moquette ovunque, in dei punti non molto pulita.

I like my hotel stays to be non-contact, but I love that the staff was so helpful for everything.
Pros:

I liked that the staff was helpful, knowledgable, and very friendly. I did like that everything I needed, supplied with, or fixed was taken care of in a timely manner. I also liked that the current construction didn't interfere with my stay in any way whatsoever.

Cons:

I didn't like that my room had a few issues. I had to call for bedding for the pull out sofa at around 1:30 a.m. since they were not already available. I did not like that the HDMI port on my TV looked like someone had taken a screw driver to it and I had to once again call someone to fix the situation for me since I was working and need a larger monitor. My floor was not as clean as it should have been since there were large crumbs and a piece of broken glass on the carpet when we arrived, though everything else was very clean.

Pros:

Parkkipaikka autolle kuului hintaan. Kävely Stripille kesti noin 30min.

Cons:

Aamupala oli täysi floppi. Aamiainen oli ulkoistettu aulassa sijaitsevalle kahvilalle. Tarjonta ei vastannut odotuksia alkuunkaan, eikä tuotteiden laatu/määrä ollut yhtään sen parempi. Maksoin 25usd lisää jotta sain lämpimän juoman, hedelmät ja appelsiinimehun lisäksi.
Ilmastointilaitetta ei saanut kytkettyä pois. Se piti kovaa ääntä.

Staff was personable and friendly. Nice!

Cons:

WiFi provider let us down for last two days of the trip and my cell hotspot wasn’t robust enough to handle what I needed. That created a real problem for me as I needed to do my work before I left for the trade show. Two days in the same morning time frame was really not helpful to me.

Pros:

Staff was great

Cons:

Hotel needs updating, carpet is worn, ate at cafe for dinner, food was so so, we were disappointed for the price. Not thrilled about having to join .Bonvoy to use Wi-Fi.

Dinner at the Bistro
Pros:

Had dinner at the Bistro on Monday and Thursday. The food was amazing and service was absolutely fantastic. Lisa and Kenia were warm,friendly and attentive and made our experience memorable. Will definitely return the next time I stay there.

Felt like home away from home

Las Vegas Convention Center Courtyard Cafe associates Lisa, Eve & Kenia was top-notch when it comes to customer service! They are professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. We arrived with intentions for a quick happy hour snack, and was blown away by how awesome they make you feel. It felt like we were family there in the cafe. They quickly took our drink and food order with great recommendations. Inspite how busy they were during this rush hour time frame, The food was served hot & made fresh, they where delicious, and served with a smile. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly cares about your experience, this is it. "Highly recommended!" We look forward to returning back to this location. We ordered the flatbreat pizza and the loaded TOT's and they where awesome.

Pros:

Eve, Lisa, and Kenya were absolutely amazing! They were so kind, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the level of care and genuine hospitality stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff treats you with respect, makes you feel right at home, and ensures your experience is nothing short of exceptional. I can’t wait to stay here again!

A relaxing place in the busy of Vegas
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the evening crew at the bistro. Of all the places to eat in Vegas, it was so relaxing to enjoy a dinner at the bistro after a big day. Lisa and her teamates Eve and Evelyn took great care of us!
