New facility with poor cleaning and maintenance
Pros:

The property is new, but not well maintained. Parking is plentiful and convenient

Cons:

The room cleaning was not completed, the bathroom door had something spilled on it, no pillow cases and coffee pods not replaced. Vacuuming not completed. Had to walk to front for pillow cases and the promised room cleaning for the following day, never happened. For a new facility there is a clear lack of maintenance and pretty rough treatment of halls and etc. We informed management and while apologetic no actions changed.

Nice for a quick stopover
Pros:

Comfortable bed, decent size room. Very fast wifi. Happy to have an elevator in this small hotel. Quiet.

Cons:

Bed pillows were lumpy and aren't comfortable. Would be nice if the EV chargers worked, but they were all out of order.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and hospitable.
Everything was clean ; the grounds were tidy.
We were in town for a concert at the Mid state fair and the fairgrounds were within walking distance.
Great place to stay economically. Located near plenty of restaurants.

Firstly, I had to deal with a very rude manager who was blaming me for not understanding his unclear instructions as it wasn’t his job to assist me with checking in. Secondly, the room was extremely dirty — blood stains on the pillow cases, are you guys serious? Do not recommend staying there
