Firstly, I had to deal with a very rude manager who was blaming me for not understanding his unclear instructions as it wasn’t his job to assist me with checking in. Secondly, the room was extremely dirty — blood stains on the pillow cases, are you guys serious? Do not recommend staying there

Horrible experience and would never go back
Pros:

Nothing, the manager was horrible and the facility was average. The door to access the hotels from the exterior was broken and the key card was not required, which means security was pointless.

It was close by the area's we needed to visit.

Cons:

The bathroom door needs to be to fixed it kept sticking and hard to open, since my husband was in a wheelchair, also the toilet sit was very loose, had to be careful when trying to sit on it. Other than that it was a clean bathroom.

Pros:

Location of the hotel was nice. It was close to the downtown activities.

Cons:

The room floor was dirty and not vacuumed. There was food crums and wrappers on the floor from a previous guest.

Pros:

About a mile from downtown Paso, so not really a comfortable walking distance, but close enough. The room was very big and we liked that the sink was outside the bathroom (there were 3 of us sharing a room). Included a fridge.

Cons:

No ice machine.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it's been one of the worst experiences of my life. The shower doesn't work, and there's no shampoo or hand soap in the dispenser. I even walked downstairs to ask management to fix it and they never came. DON'T STAY HERE!
