Room it was clean
first of all all the room that locate in front of street they are not isolated sound so they need to fix that
second thing for the extra gust will charge u 1000 bat
third thing we did check out early due to emergency medical issue so they didn’t refund any thing for remain days

Every thing, stuff was rude
I couldn’t find anything worth rating. On the contrary, it was an extremely disappointing experience.
Everything about our stay was disappointing. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and not welcoming at all. It felt like their main priority was finding ways to charge hotel guests additional fees.
We booked a room that included breakfast, advertised as a buffet. However, there was no proper breakfast buffet at all. The only options were toast and eggs, which had to be requested from the kitchen through a small kitchen window.
The room was not properly cleaned either. It seemed like the room had only been given a quick tidy-up, as there were still visible traces of dirt and residue in the bathroom from the previous day.
The worst part of our experience was when we questioned the receptionist about the additional charges. When the discussion became heated, she actually raised her hand at us in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. There was nothing about our stay that was worth recommending, and we certainly would not stay here again.
We were actually impressed for how polite, respectful, welcoming the staff were. They were paying attention to every detail, always with their brightest smiles and willing to help. Overall hotel is excellent we would definitely book again. Rak elegant team, koph kun ka
