Poor maintenance. Very run down broken beds!
Pros:

Bad broken beds with wood under mattress very uncomfortable. The lights outside in parking lot didn’t work. Very low maintenance. Rude staff at front desk. I called for towels twice no response.

Higher up is taking the hotel down
Pros:

I like that the pool is heated, has laundry on site and the women and older gentlemen who works at night. always had nothing but good things come from working with them

Cons:

The distance manager wouldn't even come out of a side room to address myself and boyfriend when we had a problem he called the front desk and spoke to me and said well why do you keep coming back then with no resolution said he would call and never did.I hope he decides to read this and call me before my next review.And I know I have one more coming. CLINTON THATS YOU

I enjoyed my stay there and I may come back and stay again next month.
Pros:

I loved swimming in the pool. It was well heated and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. I stayed out there for two hours.

Cons:

There really wasnt anything that bad about any of it.

I had a nice rest . Ice machine it was to hot for it.

Smells really bad. Like cat piss. So bad the poop could not get the smell to go away. Leaks

Staff was not friendly at all.
Pros:

I felt unsafe. I was scheduled for two nights I left on day one.

Cons:

I never saw a family with kids. The entire time I was there I only saw men with no shirts. I was there with my 6 year old

Excellent price nice room
Pros:

They gave me an excellent room 140 very unexpected two rooms right next to the pool it was perfect hopefully next time I'll stay longer and get the same room

Pros:

I had a horrible experience bed bugs roaches and one morning I woke up to some stranger telling me to open the door and calling me B$@ch I told him he had the wrong room he still insisted that I need to let him in I finally walk up and show my face through window and he looked at me like he seen a ghost then back tracked his statement and apologized however I find out my key reader was jammed and I couldn’t use the door key so I ended up being charged for that when I had never even met that man ! The original employees are super nice but that manager would not even take my statement or listing he in fact screamed at me and pointed to the door saying OUT! as if I were a dog . He just did not want to be confronted and exposed for his pocket screams . Mind you the maids were great and I did build a companionship with Lupe she was immensely grateful for a 20 dollar tip .
