Cons:

- Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss mit Fenstern direkt auf den belebten Innenhof. Privatsphäre nur bei geschlossenen Gardinen. Dann jedoch kein Tageslicht. Wegen dieses Mangels erscheint der Zimmerpreis trotz der schönen Einrichtung etwas hoch.

Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación a pasos de las mezquitas, cisterna y casi todo el centro antiguo. Se llega a todo caminando. Además está frente al mar de Marmara y muy cerca del túnel que te lleva a la parte asiática. Muy buen desayuno. Pileta exterior pequeña, pero ayuda con el calor extremo. Tiene spa, pero no lo utilice

Lovely staff and grounds
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Especially attentive to our toddler. Loved having the outdoor pool to cool off. Great selection at breakfast. Room was spacious. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Istanbul.

Lovely hotel with granduer
Pros:

The palace was grand and very central. Tonnes of eating places behind the hotel and an Uber away as well. Staff were very accommodating. Very knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast was lovely too. We didn't get a chance to swim in their pool cos there were people smoking around everywhere which was the only turnoff. Otherwise, the hotel on its own was wonderful.

Cons:

There were no designated smoking areas so everyone was smoking everywhere. Even beside the pool, which was a turnoff and we didn't want to stay anywhere outside the buildings. We even smelled cigarette smoke behind the elevator.

Hübsches Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Tolle, ruhige Lage, hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr sauber. Der Spa-Bereich ist kostenlos, bedientes Hamam oder Massagen kosten extra (meines Erachtens zu viel). Sauna und Hamam (Selfservice) sind frei.

Cons:

Das Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig. Offenbar wird dieses nicht vom Hotel betrieben. Die Auswahl und Qualität ist knapp genügend, die Preise viel zu hoch. Ein Aperol-Spritz kostet umgerechnet über €15, ein Bier €10.

Perfect location for Istanbul sites
Pros:

Beautiful room and excellent shower! Nice view over hotel pool to ocean. Great breakfast. Excellent location to get around all sites.

Pros:

The staff were very ammenable about moving us to another room when we asked. We got food poisoning, and the room we were in was too noisy when you were feeling poorly.

Grear Place if you want to stay away from sighseeing. Otherwise be aware of the isolated location
Pros:

The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We never received info on the Spa or a tour.
The only reason why we would not return is the location. You have to use a Taxi to get anywhere. or you have to walk a good 30 minutes to get to the center. Be aware - there a 2 Hotels with the same name. Taxis always drive to the wrong hotel first, which is closer locatd to the center.
