Pros:

L'emplacement géographique est excellent, à 5-10 minutes à pied du métro, du tram, du train et du bus pour l'aéroport. Des arrêts de bus sont situés dans la rue (pour aller à Drottningholm Slott par exemple). Le magasin Hemköpp est parfait pour les courses. La rue est calme. Les rideaux occultants sont bien mais il faut tout de même prévoir un masque car le jour se lève très tôt en été.

Cons:

Un aspirateur à disposition serait très appréciable. Un service de nettoyage une seule fois par semaine n'est pas suffisant.

Supermarkt vis a vis, Öffihaltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt, 2 Stationen in die Innenstadt. Ausstattung super, alles da. Betten bequem.

Cons:

Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden (souterrain).

Horrible, dingy airless and oppressive, broken blinds ignored for possibly months if not years.
Pros:

The washing machine and dryer were useful, as well as the dishwasher

Cons:

There were no windows in the two bedrooms. You would need an 8 ft ladder to get to the windows. It was not possible to adjust the blinds as they were broken and totally out of reach. There was no air in the property. It was oppressive. There was only one wardrobe in the property for a potential 4-6 people. One bedroom was so small, you could only get into the bed from one side, and there was only one small light over the bed. I paid to leave the property until 1pm, but was told to leave the apartment by 11 am. The code changes if you ask for late exit, I never got the new code, so was forced to be in the property for 2 hours. I have stayed here once before in a one bed apartment which was very nice. I will not risk staying here again.

Pros:

I liked that the place was clean and that we had all the things we needed especially the washing machine, then there were plates and kitchen utensils.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the TV required us to put our personal details if we wanted to watch something, and the sofa bed kinda made noises while we turned in our sleep.

Goed verblijf en goed uitgangspunt om Stockholm te bezoeken.

Everything I needed for my Stockholm trip. :)
Pros:

The location was amazing, really close by multiple public transport options and around 15-20 minutes to the central area. I liked the cleanliness of the property and the easy check-in / check-out process.

I would also recommend ApartDirect in case you attend an event at Strawberry Arena, there is a direct bus that will take you there from across the street from the property.

Cons:

The curtains were a bit stained, could be replaced.

no tenia café, ni azúcar, y varias cosas esenciales que se supone tendría, la única sartén estaba muy desgastada, elegimos apartamento con cocina para cocinar y apenas lo pudimos usar. El
sumidero de la ducha es a ras de suelo y el agua pasa incluso a la lavadora. El sofá cama algo incomodo y las camas eran futones con apenas centímetros de grosor en vez de colchones

Decent value for the money.
Pros:

Overall, it was good. Location was good, a quick walk from the T-bana station. Area was relatively quiet at night.

Cons:

The room and facility could use a bit of updating (torn carpet in the hallway, some aged kitchen cabinets from oil splatters). Moreso, it didn't have an inviting feel. The welcome email said there would be a "welcome package" with coffee, tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil. It had none of it, unfortunately. Those are little things, but they make a big difference for a place feeling livable.

Pros:

Lager war gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, nette Umgebung mit Shops und Restaurants. Einfacher Checkin mit Keycode. Gräumiges Apartment.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich und wir hatten Rückenschmerzen. Außerdem war die Bettwäsche an einpaar Stellen fleckig. Die Tür zum Apartment ist so schwer, dass es laut knallt und alles vibriert wenn man sie zufallen lässt. Die Zimmernachbarn nahmen darauf kaum Rücksicht. Die Wände sind dünn, man hört die Nachbarn.

Pros:

El apartamento esta muy equipado y la ubicacion es excelente. Tiene supermercado cerca y la estacion de tren y metro a 3 min caminando. Desde alli 2 paradas y estas en el centro de Estocolmo.

Close to the train station just 7 minutes walking, quiet place at night
Pros:

The building felt very safe and secure. The internet was fast, and the washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. The apartment had a TV, and the kitchen was very clean and well-equipped

Cons:

The apartment is quite small, especially when the sofa bed is opened. There is no air conditioning, only a small fan. And the shower door seal needs to be replaced because water leaks onto the bathroom floor. The curtain rod is broken, so we had to use a chair to keep the curtain in place. Also, the mattress on the sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping.

Nice value for money and great location
Pros:

Excellent location and great value for money. Just 10 min metro ride to Stockholm central. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I payed for the service to get a crib for my child and everything was setled when we arrived. The location is great, very close to a Hemköp supermarket for groceries. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I payed to park my car in the underground garage and I worked really well during our 5-day stay.

Cons:

I reported that the sink plug was missing, and I even had to fill an online form and everything, but it was never fixed during our stay. The couch was also in bad condition and it should be changed. Also, be aware that there is no staff on-site. Everything is handled digitally via WhatsApp Business or email, so you have to read through different communicatios, one for each service you hire (crib, parking, stay) to figure out how to access the garage, throw away trash, and check in.
