It’s a very good hotel.
Pros:

A room big enough to fit all of us, the area of where the property was located was very good. The staff were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was great.

Estancia perfecta, manager poco fiable
Pros:

La habitación, el desayuno y el baño estaban impecables.
Te hacen huevos al momento para desayunar.

Cons:

El manager era una persona completamente enfocada a ganar dinero por lo que no se podía confiar en lo que decía.
Una vez teníamos que hacer el checkout dejó de hablarnos.

Better than I hoped for.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated and comfortable.
Spotlessly clean.
Very friendly staff
Amazing location - 5 min walk to busy restaurants, 1 min to shop, opposite a balloon launch zone.
A perfect 360 view of the valley from the roof which was an amazing viewing area. Especially if you didn't want to go searching at 5am.

Cons:

Could hear noise from other rooms. Didn't bother me, but was just aware.

Wonderful location, super helpful staff, and clean, comfortable rooms—everything you need to love your stay!
Pros:

Located centrally, this hotel is a great base for exploring nearby pubs and restaurants. It also offers easy access to activities such as horse riding and quad biking

Cons:

I loved everything. Sadly, the balloon ride didn’t go ahead, but it’s a great excuse to return!
