Un grand merci à Carmen pour avoir fait de ce séjour un moment plus agréable.
L'accès au salon est un vrai plus pour le petit déjeuner.
A l'accueil, il faudrait qu'un effort soit fait par le personnel.
Sauf la personne à notre arrivée qui a été très accueillante.
La chambre n'a pas été complète. Manquaient verres, peignoirs, chaussons.
J'ai dû demander des équipements dès l'arrivée en chambre.
Au bar, le monsieur qui nous a servi lors de notre dîner a carrément envoyé la carte sur la table. Est-ce que c'est parce que la veille nous n'avons pas donné de tips ? Le geste était quand même grossier je trouve, au sujet de sa façon de nous répondre. Et il ne souriait pas du tout et pas de bonjour non plus, limite agressif. Et pas d'excuses.
Le dîner du room service est arrivé froid dans la chambre.
Un effort à faire à l'accueil pour être plus aimable avec les clients (sauf la personne tres accueillante qui a fait notre check in).
Et même si l'on vient de France, il faut bien préciser au reste du personnel que l'on comprend l'espagnol, il faudrait faire attention à ce qui est dit à proximité des clients.
Tout ceci est dommage car l'expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure.
La ubicación buena, la calidad de desayuno algo justita, no servían cava y las tortillas de patatas eran realmente malas, parecían industriales con agua en su interior. Creo pue para un a categoría de hotel como el Hilton este aspecto lo pueden mejorar.
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer bekommen. Das werde ich nie wieder annehmen. Nachts um 3h streitet sich im Nachbarzimmer ein Paar lauthals, das Personal kümmert sich zwar nach unserem Anruf an der Rezeption, aber wir sind von 3-4h wach und unser Wecker klingelt dann um 7h für einen wichtigen Termin, den wir haben. Wir hatten eine richtig schlechte Nacht, aber eine Entschädigung bekommen wir natürlich nicht.

La verdad,TODO. Su ubicación es excelente,las habitaciones son amplias,insonorizadas y la cama comodísimas. El personal,ha sido muy atento y en todo momento ha tratado de hacer más fácil,si cabe,la estancia. Hacer mención a Javier Hernan,que estuvo muy atento en el desayuno.
