To start the lady I'm front desk was as rude as they can be
The place feels like an old motel
Stains in all carpets really creepy
We always stay. Staff is always courteous and friendly.
The bathroom needed a good cleaning. There was a toothbrush from a previous guest still in the shower area. The drain in the shower was super slow and clogged.

The TV cound not be connected to the Internet in our room. The even desk person said he'd "tried everything to get the TVs to connect to the Internet and nothing works". So this is happening in multiple rooms?! Very disappointing. We had an early shower and turned in for a relaxing night of TV but were completely disappointed at not being able to access any streamed programing service. Even our travel modem and our personal devices couldn't connect to the TV. This was not a surprise to the facility staff, including the day manager next morning. No discount was offered when we informed if the issue we encountered. It was treated as a casual piece of information headed straight to File 13. I consider this an unacceptable inconvenience in a otherwise very nice motel. Come on - it's a basic service we would expect to have up and running at even the cheapest low budget room. Get it fixed!
Rooms were clean and staff seemed friendly. Parking was available. Pool was open and a good time. Water pressure from the shower was perfect.
Pillows were not the best.
