Pros:

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's a perfect little hotel that's quite close to Rossio square and the Rossio metro station. When we visited there was an open food and drink market in the square that was really worth visiting and having a drink or bite, but during our last night when the market was not there anymore the square is a little dark and dodgy.

Cons:

I'm perfectly content with everything the hotel provided.

Pros:

Nice room, cool shower room, pretty view. Right in the city center next to a famous food spot. Ac worked very well in the room

Cons:

Wifi didnt work propperly, tv has no smart tv option so useless for international travelers.
Dont order their food service in the house, too expensive and it is also just delivered via uber eats so easier to order right away with uber eats. Unfortunately we had dirty hairs in the toiletroom. Besides this it looked clean

Pros:

La mia camera aveva un balcone con una vista bellissima sulla città. Ho lavorato più volte al computer sul divanetto proprio di fronte a tale vista. Pulizia ottima e personale del piano gentilissimo e attento alle mie necessità. Bagno grande, spazioso e curato come ho visto poche volte su hotel di questo livello. Mentalità ecosostenibile sugli asciugamani (mi è piaciuto). Atrio con bar all'entrata dell'hotel molto confortevole per rilassarsi o attendere un taxi. Letto comodissimo e per una volta (non capita spesso) cuscini davvero buoni.

Bien situé, mais déçu par la chambre côté rue
Pros:

- Localisation
- Literie
- Climatiseur (avec une notice dans la chambre ce serait mieux)

Cons:

- Trop bruyant côté rue
- En changeant de chambre, j'ai oublié une brosse dans la salle de bain, je l'ai demandé le jour même, personne ne l'avait gardé ou restitué..
- prix excessif du café au bar de l'hôtel par rapport au prix pratiqué en ville
