Top-notch!
Pros:

Everything was top-notch. Our room was ready early, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was small but had fresh water, coffee, and tea and everything we needed and was cleaned daily to impeccable standards. The shower was spa quality. We were perfectly located to catch the streetcar or walk anywhere to see the sights. We had wonderful meals and enjoyed our evenings in many local restaurants all over Lisbon, and some of the best were right on our doorstep.

Cons:

Lisbon seems to be all uphill! And the hotel is right in the middle of a street, so whichever direction you go is an uphill climb back. It's not really a big deal. Just be sure to pack some good, non-slip shoes and think how fit you'll be at the end of your stay.

Tolles Hotel mit mega Aussicht in super Lage
Pros:

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Männern unterwegs und uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist superzentral und je nach Zimmerausrichtung hat man einen großartigen Blick.
Besonders gut hat uns die Dachterrasse gefallen, wo man sein frisch gezapftes Bier trinken konnte.

Cons:

Die Badtür ließ sich nur anlehnen, aber nicht vollständig schließen. Das spielt vermutlich nur eine Rolle, wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist.
Die Getränke waren etwas zu teuer und lagen deutlich über dem Preisniveau in der Stadt.
Das Personal war am Anreisetag beim Check-in nicht sonderlich professionell. Der Kopierer funktionierte nicht und alles wirkte etwas chaotisch.

Excellent séjour dans un endroit remarquable

Une situation exceptionnelle et les chambres avec vues sur le Take sont remarquables ( face à l’ouest)

Le service du petit déjeuner est un peu chaotique : la personne en charge est obligée de prendre les commandes, de courir au bar et de servir : un petit effort d’organisation serait aisé

Clean and great location.

Cons:

The staff were not that helpful. I wanted to book a taxi to the train station which was only 10 min away - they only tried with their own driver who was going to charge €35 - they couldn’t book me a regular taxi which would have been much cheaper. In the end I just booked one myself for €11

Excellent location, easy walk to all attractions. Super comfy bed and the staff were lovely. Be warned it’s up a steep hill, but so is all of Lisbon 😁

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

The room was tiny with plugs nowhere near the bed. The lift was miniscule and the bar staff were not the best. At 1.30 the alarm went off. When we got down to reception we were told it was a fault with the air conditioning system and we should go back to bed. The alarm continued for another 15 minutes. When we checked out there was no apology.

Pros:

Het hotel ligt lekker centraal in het centrum van Lissabon. We werden goed ontvangen en het ontbijt was elke ochtend weer top. Zeker omdat het mogelijk was om wat extra's te bestellen zoals pannenkoeken, gebakken eieren en yoghurt.

Cons:

De hoofdkussens op het bed waren wat zacht, waardoor het zoeken was naar de juiste ondersteuning. Ook werd onze kamer 's nachts langzaam warmer, maar was slapen met het raam open of de airconditioning aan ook niet ideaal, waardoor het wat lastigere nachten waren.
