Nice room. Manager very helpful. Our pickup was broken into pickup was
Dangerous to park behind the hotel. Our pickup was broken into at 4:00 AM. Police and mutiple people said hotel very bad with break ins. You can safety park in the front. We did not know this we parked in back ( no room in front)
The first thing was I elevator wasn't working had to carry my stuff upstairs. Could have offer me a room on the first floor. Kids running around inside the hotel. Bad location, people were loud in the lobby. The needed to have control the noise for people who has family with hearing problems such as I do in my family. Sunday morning people in the lobby were playing loud music unacceptable for m.

I didn’t like the prices of snacks. 75 cent bag of chips are $3
The property was in good shape, it was clean and my room was spacious.
Our TV did not work, staff was accommodating though.

The property is in a great location, with polite staff, and was very clean.
The staff during the day was very helpful, jay and the general manager pam. The breakfast was on point.
The sheets had small stains on them , but they were taking care of immediately by house keeping.

My room was musky smelling, bathroom was dirty and shower was disgustingly dirty and sofa was filthy.
Honestly not much
Honestly if I didn’t already pay I wouldn’t have slept here, but I booked a king suite 2 weeks ago.. then getting a call from the general manager the day OF check in that “booking.com” advised king suites when they longer have that suite at all, but upon looking on the actual website I see king suites available to book. So I feel like they lied and put me in a room with double beds.. my room shower nob look like mold was on it. The bathroom doors had rusty on it and the beds are HARD !! Feels like cardboard on my back. The front desk receptionist Jay was cool and funny so that’s the only good thing about this hotel over all 2/10
