Pros:

５日間の滞在で不自由は全く感じられませんでした。とてもお得だと思いました。
スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーですし、京都駅（JR）までは少し歩きますが１５分程度です。
コンビニは徒歩３分程、イオンモールは１０分かからないくらいです。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の匂いとお部屋の匂いは少しだけ気になるかもしれません。

Molto bella la stanza ed il bagno.
Gentilissimo lo staff e comoda la Nespresso in camera.10 minuti di distanza dalla stazione.

Great location, close to the bus station that will take you to the center in a short time

Cons:

Room cleaning every two days. In four nights that we slept, they cleaned the room only once. This aspect was not declared at the time of booking
