Pros:

The room, especially the bathroom, is beautiful! It is very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff are very kind and helpful! Even helped out with providing coins for laundry. There is a ramen restaurant close by that serves delicious and cheap ramen and rice dishes. Big thumbs up!

Cons:

The location is relatively close to the bus stop, but a 12 to 15-minute walk away from the Kyoto Station.

Pros:

５日間の滞在で不自由は全く感じられませんでした。とてもお得だと思いました。
スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーですし、京都駅（JR）までは少し歩きますが１５分程度です。
コンビニは徒歩３分程、イオンモールは１０分かからないくらいです。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の匂いとお部屋の匂いは少しだけ気になるかもしれません。

Molto bella la stanza ed il bagno.
Gentilissimo lo staff e comoda la Nespresso in camera.10 minuti di distanza dalla stazione.
