Expensive for the facility condition, great location and mostly friendly/helpful staff.
Pros:

The morning staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom, amenities and bed/linens were great and comfortable. The location is outstanding.

Cons:

For the price I paid, the room felt very outdated and the carpets throughout the facility were in desperate need of cleaning and replacement. Not having the restaurant available was unfortunate the evening I arrived as a solo traveler. The bistro was nice for the morning, but it was not a standard breakfast. They were friendly and helpful however and I had not yet had a proper pastry on my travels and that and the coffee did not disappoint.

Great location, friendly staff but in need of renovation

Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean

Cons:

Furniture in room made walkways tight. Poor view from allocated room window, with noisy AC machinery outside window. Particularly disappointed that the basement bar shown in listing is no longer available to hotel guests - this was a contributing factor when booking the accommodation, so very displeased this was not part of the experience.
