Decor/style-and Brand new! Location was excellent
The hotel was very clean and the dark wood in the lobby kept with the historical look of Richmond. Alfreda, the front desk clerk was very friendly and took very good care of us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were impeccably clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend.
Mattress on sofa bed left a little to be desired but that is the only thing.

Very mid hotel. Located in pretty dead area of downtown. Literally no amenities at hotel. Not sure how this even is a Hilton brand. Zero benefits for gold status. Rooms decent, appear to be recently updated, but fairly cheap finishings likely to deteriorate quickly.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We both slept well! The hotel is also situated in a great location as there are a number of restaurants nearby. Overall, the best part of the stay was the excellent service I received from Starlett. She went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. She has a great personality. So, interacting with her was a positive experience. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future!
We stayed here one night otw to Philly! We had a 2 bed terrace room. It was beautiful! The room and bathroom and clean and tidy.
My only complaint is that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as other beds I’ve slept in Hiltons around the country.
The valet parking made it easy to tip through the app!
Our stay was excellent. Our room was outstanding and beautifully decorated. The renovation at the Berkeley Hotel was done with beautiful taste. The service was and a huge shout out to Cliff.
Cliff pointed me to a great breakfast at the urban farmhouse while their breakfast place was not available. Appreciated the kindness.
If you’re staying here, I hope Cliff is working valet during your stay!
I was in town for a meeting and Cliff absolutely made my stay. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, funny, and incredibly personable. He has a way of making every guest feel like a VIP, and his sense of humor had me smiling every time I came and went.
Beyond being professional and efficient, Cliff brought so much positive energy to the hotel experience. And yes, it doesn’t hurt that he’s exceptionally easy on the eyes!
The rooms are beautifully updated with all of the amenities. The new Parlor restaurant wasn’t open yet so I’ll definitely be coming back. Hopefully Cliff will be working :)

Nice room! Comfortable bed. Large, clean bathroom.
Not much of a lobby. No bar/ restau. I found the heating system noisy. I tried to lower the fan, thinking maybe that would make it quieter, but couldn’t figure out how.
This is only a review of the valet Cliff he was very friendly and courteous and did a good job today.
Cliff at the valet stand was great!
Valet experiences with Chris and Ellias was great. Courteous, both willing to help with luggage and assisting my wife in and out of the car.
