Over all the rooms were comfortable & spacious. I slept well in the comfy bed! Please hire more staff!
Pros:

The property was lovely & well maintained. The hot tub & pool were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. The cafe was well kept, clean & conveniently located.

Cons:

There seemed to be a shortage of staff with only a skeletal crew working the front desk & the cafe. The cafe had so few staff that it took approximately 40 minutes to get our breakfast order ( & I only ordered their oatmeal). Many of the tables had not been bussed & were covered with previous patrons discarded dishes, etc. Some of the staff seemed less than friendly & were a bit snippy. But, I guess I would be too if I had no other staff to support me.

As usual, excellent
Pros:

It’s one of our regular stops on the way to Portland. We have stayed at the property more than 100 times.

One Night in Ashland
Pros:

Easy freeway access. Clean facilities. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The noise from other guests in the hallway corridor is annoying.

The bathroom tub/ shower need to be remodeled soon.
