Niente in particolare

Cons:

Ha solo un piccolo ascensore, molto trafficato per sei piani. La camera non aveva neanche una scrivania decente. Per più di 400 euro a notte mi aspettavo di meglio.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage nahe der Oper und des Louvre. Die Zimmer sind mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, die Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Haus macht einen sehr gediegenen Eindruck. Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Paris.

Cons:

Das Angebot beim Frühstück ist OK, aber nicht überwältigend, Omelette oder andere Eierzubereitungen gibt es nur gegen Gebühr. Ebenso kann man den, im Hotelnamen erwähnten Spa nur gegen Gebühr verwenden. So etwas solle in dieser gehobenen Preiskategorie nicht sein. Der Kleiderkasten im Zimmer ist winzig und für 2 Personen viel zu klein, das Bad zeigt schon deutliche Abnützungsspuren und wartet auf ein Update. Der Gesamteindruck ist aber trotzdem überaus positiv, sodass man das Hotel gerne für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlen kann,

Beautiful room in an excellent location.
Concierge service was very good. I left my luggage for safekeeping after check out. Not a problem at all.
Staff at reception also very helpful.

Melhor custo-benefício de Paris
Pros:

A localização do hotel é perfeita. Perto da Ópera de Paris e das principais atrações turísticas e lojas de departamento. Metrô muito próximo e várias opções de restaurantes na própria rua. Melhor custo-benefício de Paris. Staff educado e prestativo, com destaque para o Antônio, sempre solicito e educado. Quarto bem decorado, bom banheiro e café da manhã bem satisfatório. Voltarei sempre a me hospedar nesse estabelecimento.

O atendimento, a hospitalidade de todo pessoal, em especial ao Antonio, um brasileiro sempre disposto a ajudar. O pessoal da limpeza deixava tudo perfeito. A localização é incrível, facilitou muito minha estadia. Recomendo a todos que buscam ficar em um bom Hotel em Paris. Com certeza voltarei. Gratidão a todos.

Ottima posizione, ma non tornerei
Pros:

Posizione perfetta: a pochi passi dai grandi magazzini più importanti della città, dall'Opéra, e da diverse fermate della metropolitana. Numerosi brasserie e ristoranti in zona. L'ottima posizione ci ha permesso di raggiungere comodamente ogni parte della città. Personale molto gentile. Gradito l'upgrade della camera offerto al nostro arrivo. Buona climatizzazione.

Cons:

Avevamo richiesto tramite booking la possibilità di fare il check-in con un'ora e mezza di anticipo (alle 12.30 invece che alle 14.00), ci era stata accordata (sempre tramite Booking) e invece al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare comunque fino alle 14 per avere la stanza. La camera era enorme ma piuttosto vecchiotta (il lavandino spaccato) e le forniture da bagno ridotte al minimo, sicuramente non all'altezza di un quattro stelle. Nella camera erano presenti delle brocche d'acqua che potevano essere riempite ad un distributore sul corridoio. Al nostro arrivo le abbiamo trovate mezze vuote, con poca acqua dentro, come se le avessero utilizzate gli ospiti precedenti e non fossero state nemmeno risciacquate. Il giorno dopo rientriamo in hotel alle 15.15 e troviamo ancora le pulizie in camera, stanchi morti siamo dovuti scendere ad aspettare che finissero le pulizie. L'ascensore è stato guasto per un giorno intero, costringendoci a fare 4 piani di scale ad ogni rientro. La colazione sufficiente.
