EXPERIENCE TRES POSITIVE
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je tiens à souligner la qualité de l’accueil ainsi que l’attention portée aux clients. J’ai eu la très agréable surprise de bénéficier d’un surclassement, ce qui a rendu mon expérience encore plus appréciable. Une petite attention m’attendait également à mon arrivée, une délicate marque d’attention qui fait toujours plaisir et témoigne du souci de satisfaire les clients.

La chambre était très propre, bien entretenue et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour profiter pleinement de son séjour. L’hôtel est également extrêmement bien situé, à proximité immédiate des stations de métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et rapidement dans la ville, que ce soit pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques ou pour des déplacements professionnels.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, avec de quoi commencer la journée dans de bonnes conditions. C’est un véritable atout de pouvoir profiter d’un bon petit-déjeuner avant de partir explorer la ville.

En résumé, une très belle expérience grâce à un personnel attentionné, une chambre impeccable, un emplacement particulièrement pratique et un petit-déjeuner de qualité. Le surclassement et la petite attention à mon arrivée ont été des petits plus très appréciés. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et y séjournerai de nouveau avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage dans la ville.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol de mon séjour concerne le service du café au petit-déjeuner. Il aurait été appréciable de disposer d’une machine en libre-service afin de pouvoir se servir facilement et de manière autonome. Le fait de devoir solliciter une personne pour obtenir son café pouvait parfois entraîner quelques oublis de commande. Cela reste toutefois un point mineur au regard de la qualité globale du séjour et ne remet absolument pas en cause l’expérience très positive vécue dans cet hôtel.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Location great for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants. Staff were pleasant and professional.

Cons:

The room was tired. Patches worn on the bed headboard, outdated. Just tired.
Minimal toiletries. Only instant coffee in the room. Who drinks instant in a room costing 100s of euro? After 6 months full time travel and over 50 hotel rooms this was one of the most disappointing.
