Pros:

The bed and the pillows were comfortable

Cons:

The location. It was difficult to navigate the roads to the front lobby.
My room had a smell when I arrived.
The attached restaurant hours were not convenient.
Even though I'm a IHG member, because I booked third party I wasn't allowed even a bottle of water for my stay.
The staff was not very cordial.
Not a good value for my money.

Pros:

Front Desk employees were amazing; room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was above and beyond. Pool was nice and clean; gym was nice too.

Cons:

*Coffee: I was a little disappointed that coffee was not available through-out the day. In the restaurant we were told both times in the evening that they would NOT make a pot of coffee as it stops at 11:30am. I was told at night "We will not just make a pot of coffee for 1 person, and we can walk over to the gas station next door as they have coffee. Unacceptable and not good customer service when it comes to that.
*Breakfast: I wish they offered a la cart as well... $22.00 per person for a buffet if someone just wants a muffin or oatmeal is crazy. I think they would get more business that way.
*Jacuzzi was broken...closed down

Nice, clean, but expensive.
Pros:

Nice, clean, comfortable . I went to the BTS concert, and it was very convenient to have a free shuttle to the stadium.

Cons:

Could have more options at the restaurant, as there's no other groceries or eateries nearby.

I would not stay there again.

Location was near the airport

Cons:

Staff not helpful at check in about setting up transportation the next back to the airport which made me feel stranded and that I might miss my flight to Idaho.
