We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Location, room and customer service were all excellent. They answered all my questions when I wrote to them. I had an issue with the washer and they had someone come over to check on it right away even though I wrote back saying that I might have figured it out already. But I hadn’t so it was nice that they had someone come over. They are very helpful!

Cons:

We were confused on how to dry our clothes with the washer and realized that the washer doesn’t dry clothes. We figured out that you can dry your clothes in the shower room by selecting the dry setting on the wall panel outside the bathroom. A little confusing for us because we don’t have anything like that in America that I know of. But it worked out pretty well once we figured it out but it did take longer to dry clothes compared to a traditional dryers. Other than that we loved everything about our stay.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene acceso a muchos lugares importantes. La habitación era más amplia de lo que se encuentra en Japón.

Cons:

Tenía un olor muy fuerte tanto afuera como adentro de la habitación. Al abrir la ventana de la habitación se iba y quedaba bien.

Apartamento bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación a lugares de relevancia turística, baño japones completo, pequeña cocina y lavadora funcional.

Cons:

No había platos de cocina, pocos muebles y mal distribuidos, una sola silla para dos personas, televisión en la misma pared que los cabeceros de la cama, lavadora sin instrucciones claras para su uso.

Un endroit idéal comme base pour explorer Kyoto plusieurs jours sans dépendre des restaurants qui ferment très tôt le so
Pros:

L’emplacement très pratique qui permet de rejoindre tous les sites touristiques en bus ou à pied en allant au métro. N’hésitez pas à explorer les restaurants autour, il y en a de très bons !
Les lits sont très confortables et la chambre relativement grande par rapport à d’autres hôtels qu’on a pu faire. C’est aussi très calme (je n’étais pas côté route).

J’avais oublié un objet dans ma chambre en partant et l’équipe a été au top pour l’envoyer dans mon hôtel suivant, encore merci à eux.

Good location however on main road
Pros:

The location was great for a few days in Kyoto. Close to public transport.

Cons:

Was in a room facing road. Was quite loud so drowned noise out with the air conditioner. Could also do with a good steam clean in the common areas ie lobbies near elevator.
